Bought this toy for our grandson's 3rd birthday. Perfect toy for a perfect age. The grandparents and his aunts and uncles purchased this toy. Kids have so many little toys we decided to get him one gift from all of us. He loves it. Easy to get on and off. Can play by himself or with someone else. You don't need a big backyard. Hours of fun. Great gift

We bought this for our 1.5 year old.He was able to safely ride it all by himself right away. By the time he was 2 he could safely climb up the ramp all by himself.He plays on this for hours.He has many cousins ranging in ages from 2 to 10 years old and some of them have special needs, all of these kids are able to play on this toy and have fun.It is built sturdy and we havent had any problems.I would highly reccomend this toy!!It might cost a little more but your child will be able to use it for many years.I love that it keeps children active.We have ours set up on the grass and it goes far and fast, I think it would go even faster on the driveway when our son is older.I LOVE every Step 2 toy we have, everything is made to last for many years.We have no complaints about this toy.

My daughter received this as a gift for her 3rd birthday and loves it. It was a big hit at the party. We were missing some hardware for it but Step 2 sent them to us with no questions. I made one phone call to Step 2 and they were very nice and accomodating. They didn't even ask to see the receipt. For those other reviewers who are missing pieces, just call Step 2.

The kids use the coaster that starts from the deck and shoots out to the grass. So easy to assemble, and extremely durable. The youngest child is 20 months with helmet and supervision and the oldest 8 years all having a great time. Most excellent coaster for exciting play:)Love it!

I bought this as an Xmas gift for my 3 daughters, ages 3 1/2, 2, and 2. I am divorced and have to keep the girls occupied when they are with me. I considered the other coaster ("Up and Down Coster"), but felt that the girls would out grow it quickly.I am very happy I purchased the Extreme Coaster. Although recommended for ages 3 and up, my twins (2 years old) have no problem with it and can easily manage the steps getting the coaster up and sitting in the coaster. I have it in the basement and plan to keep it there. I rated it a "4" because I wish there was a way to add more track.My only recommendation is that if it's a gift, don't try to assemble it with young ones "helping" you-- it will double your assembly time.

Bought this for my grandson's 3rd birthday. They have a small hill in their backyard, so it was set up so that when you come off of the roller coaster hill, you go forward on grass about 4 feet, then the car goes down the hill in their yard. Made for a double hill ride, and the kids all love it!

i bought this for my grandchildren and they want to go on it all the time. one is over three other two. have a 12yr old and 11 yr old. they all play together on it and have so much fun. they all get their exercise. if you are thinking about buying it do. it is well worth the money to see them all having such a good time in their backyard.

My grandkids love this coaster. It keeps very active kids well entertained. Perfect for my 4 year old grandson and also my 2 years old grandson. We all have a great time watching them have a great time playing. We have it in doors but, when the weather gets warm we will be taking it outside.

This item took about 45 mins to assemble. My son is 18 mos old and we were questionable as to whether or not he was too young to use the coaster. Our worries were fruitless, he loves it. Of course you need to highly supervise him with it due to the lack of a railing when stepping up to get to the car. The first thing we purchased was a helmet and he is very safe and loves his roller coaster.

5 years ago I bought this for my grandson who is now 8 & brother 5. They still love it & so did their little cousin so I bought her one this month for her 2nd birthday. I know she will love it but her Daddy & Grandpa weren't so thrilled that assembly did not go well. Not enough washers were provided and the bolts too short to assemble the center section to the upper. By the time they got back from the hardware store & finished assembly, my granddaughter was down for her nap. I had hoped to see her take her first ride on it ☹️
