The flavor was delicious and it was so creamy and it really tasted like vanilla ice cream. It incorporates well with both milk and water and it doesn't have an artificial flavor or gritty texture. I incorporated it after my daily workout and it really made me feel very satisified and I loved the idea that is gluten free with a high quality whey protein. I really recommen it!

With cold water (best if it’s room temp), it actually melts and the texture is creamy with little to no bubbles. Hot water makes the texture bumpy and very thick, so bad.
