Bought this in the vanilla ice cream flavor and it is delicious. i drink 8 to 16 oz after lifting and i have noticed i am less sore the next day. Highly recommend.

Tastes great with just water. Mixes easily. I love this protein supplement. I wish I could buy a sample pack to try all the flavors, but this one is easy to get over and over.

Best Whey for years and I usually choose Chocolate flavor but ive ordered vanilla ice cream the past few times and its a great flavor! Cant go wrong with either flavor.

It didn’t upset my stomach or cause any bloating the way other protein powders have in the past. And it’s low calorie, and only 1g of sugar for a good protein pay off (24g per serving.) However, I couldn’t get past how overly sweet it tasted. It overpowered the flavor to where all I could taste was artificial sweetener which for me was ultimately a deal breaker.

Yes you get less in the tub due to settling but it does not effect the taste or how it is supposed to work.
