[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and I have to say that it's been really good for me so far! It keeps me feeling full and energized. Makes me feel like I can take on any exercise at the gym or to just go about my day. It has a great vanilla flavor and it really tastes like ice cream! Love the way it tastes a lot. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get in their protein intake while drinking something that is high quality and tastes amazing!

With 24 grams of protein on this shake that also taste delicious, is the perfect way to get that morning protein and start the day. Easy shake it in to a mixer or throw in the blender whit ice and ready to enjoy the perfect smooth texture to enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went back and forth on this protein each time I used it. The pros: it blends really well to a very smooth consistency. It didn't upset my stomach or cause any bloating the way other protein powders have in the past. And it's low calorie, and only 1g of sugar for a good protein pay off (24g per serving.) However, I couldn't get past how overly sweet it tasted. It overpowered the flavor to where all I could taste was artificial sweetener which for me was ultimately a deal breaker.

The flavor was delicious and it was so creamy and it really tasted like vanilla ice cream. It incorporates well with both milk and water and it doesn't have an artificial flavor or gritty texture. I incorporated it after my daily workout and it really made me feel very satisified and I loved the idea that is gluten free with a high quality whey protein. I really recommen it!
