I like this car seat but directions for rear facing didn't make sense to me since the car seat did not feel secure at all and lifted from the back. My grandson seems more comfortable and I do like the seat but I would have preferred to keep him rear facing for a bit longer. I shopped around to compare prices and found Sam's Club price to be more than $20 less than any other retailer.

This is a good, safe car seat. I have a Grace and got this for a spare to use in our other car. I can tell a little difference in the quality of the plastic cup holder and the harness clip. But overall I feel this is a safe car seat and would buy another one if I need one.

Bought two car seats and returned them all. FedEx delivered both to the wrong house but thankfully we were able to locate them. Main reason why we returned them was one of them came in a brown box (not the original safety 1st box) so immediately we knew something was off. Opened the box, the car seat was not wrapped in plastic bag nor had foam for protection. Second, dirt/dust was visible on the seat. There was a stain in one of the cup holders. Obviously, Sam's sent us a used/returned car seat, which is unacceptable. The second car seat came in its original box but the car seat had a dent on side. Overall, you get what you pay for. The car seat felt cheap. The head rest felt uncomfortable. I do not recommend this brand. Just buy something on the higher end so you know your babies are safe in their car seats.

From the beginning, this car seat felt cheap. The straps are incredibly difficult to tighten and easily twist. Installing it to a secure position is nearly impossible. There's no leveling device, so you have to rely on the line on the side, which appears to be level with the ground. I ultimately returned it because I couldn't trust the safety of this seat.

My little boy loves this car seat. He would cry the whole time in his infant carrier and now he doesn't fuss at all.

Thought it was coming in the box like it was in store but it came in just a brown box, no protective plastic or nothing

the price is cheap and the quality is cheap. the plastic and build quality is significantly inferior compared to Graco. this is only for the secondary car and only used occasionally, otherwise I would return it.

Poor quality. Minimal cushioning over hard plastic, especially around the head. The plastic is thin and gives with just finger pressure. Don't waste your time.

Over all car seat is good just the straps are too smooth I have a hard time tightening them. So for now that it is rear facing I can pull the seat belt straps from the back to tighten once baby is buckled in other that it's a good option.
