This robot easily would have gotten a 5 star rating if I didn't have to add detergent myself and if I didn't have to empty and refill the tanks every day. There's also a particular obstacle that my robot gets caught in almost every time. As smart as this robot is, it should be able to learn or figure out how to not to get stuck there. Also, cords are kryptonite to this vacuum. With all that said, I've owned maybe 8 robot cleaners from various companies and the Curv is by far the best robot vacuum I've ever owned.

I bought S10 thinking it will be the best, but this never worked, Its lidar sensor never worked. I send more than 5 emails to customer service of Roborock and they jus said me they were unable to repair and that I have to search for a technician, get a quote, send the quote, receive an approval and then get the repair by someone that may unknow the product. I had to return it.

This vacuum is a time saver and game changer! With two dogs, I previously vacuumed 3-4 times a week. Now I just start the Roborock and the job is done for me. I use it every other day and it picks up the dog hair and does a superb job. If it runs out of battery before finishing, it goes bak to the dock, recharges and then continues and finishes the job. A very important feature is the automated unloading dust bin into a dust bag. The bag has a large capacity and I have yet to change it after 3-4 weeks of use. I got this vacuum on the recommendation of The Wire Cutter (NYT). It was an impulse buy - and one I am very happy to have made!

The Roborock Saros 10R Robot Vacuum is a solid performer with strong cleaning capabilities and smart automation. It handles daily cleaning well, and the multifunctional dock adds convenience. However, I noticed that sometimes it needs to clean twice and on max power to fully remove dirt, especially in high-traffic areas. Additionally, the vacuum can be a bit noisy at times, which might be bothersome in quiet settings. One feature I’d love to see in the future is the ability to add an aroma or fresh scent while mopping to leave the floor smelling good. Overall, it's a great smart vacuum with a few areas for improvement, but still worth considering for those who want automated cleaning with advanced features!

I absolutely love my Roborock. I am still getting used to it but to be honest it has gone above and beyond. I am learning the APP and it is really easy with a few minor issues. The 'spot cleaner' is hard to find, but that could be me. I wish there was an easier way to do that. If there is I will find it.

Do not recommend at all. I upgraded to this one because the 8 wasn't cleaning, it would drag the trash to the carpet. This roborock s10 was worse. The battery dies in the middle of the cleaning, and wouldn't return to the dock to charge. It would "get stuck" in the middle of the living room, but nothing was around it. I had to reconnect the roborock to the app just so I could use it. And finally, it just didnt charge at all. I had to return it. Very disappointed since this was a recommended robot vacuum. not worth the money at all

This is our first Robot vacuum/mop. We are more than impressed. We have two huskys that are in and out all day long. No more daily sweeping. We have the qrevo curve model and have it set to sweep and mop daily. We use the roborock floor cleaner and our floors stay clean. Maintaining the robot is super easy. We love it so far!

Best robot yet. I can now honestly say roborock is pet friendly. I've owned the S7 Max Ultra, and the S8 MaxV Ultra. Dog hair plugged up both of these previous models. The Saros 10 powers through it thanks to the frequent empty dust bin setting that is now fully implemented. I can't wait for the Saros Z70

Love it so much! Actually I have Tineco S3, still I bought this one as it’s much more functional. Once I received it, found it’s a little heavier, more room occupied than my Tineco, I was a little upset. But after some time of using it, really loved. It cleans very clean, floor is not too wet after cleaning which is way better than my Tineco. My floor is even cleaner than before. Thinking to get the robot as well.

Game changing, life changing. I wake up to sparkling floors every day. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner! I have a Golden Retriever and German Shepard... my life has been overwhelmed with hair and dust bunnies plaguing everywhere my eye could look. Endless vacuuming and my allergies were my unfortunate friends. This robot was worth every penny and more!! Such a brilliant design. How it initially mapped out the house was super cool. The map shows you precisely where the robot has cleaned. I love that it has a little light it turns on to navigate dark areas. I love all the different cleaning settings (low vac to turbo vac, clean room once or twice (applies to mop or vac), fast clean or deep clean (applies to mop or vac), low or high water usage for the mop... every room is customizable and can be set on a schedule. I am impressed with how much water this unit can hold. Please note you do need to buy the solution separate from the unit. The dust bag design is ingenious. The little side arm that sticks out for both mopping and vacuuming is unreal! Huge game changer! I adore my Roborock Qrevo Curv!
