I love this vacuum!!!

I have a very large and furry Bernese Mountain Dog, so have a robot vacuum on each floor. I specifically bought this one to replace a very new Roomba that I wish I hadn't left unopened for months before finding out it was *awful*. The Saros 10 was super easy to setup; and it does an excellent job of cleaning up all the fur that the Roomba just left in clumps. The fact that it both vacuums and mops (and knows where to do both) is life-changing... my other Shark robots on the upper two floors require me to swap out parts to mop. I have already recommended this robot vacuum to a friend and will eventually replace the other two upstairs vacuums with this or another Roborock. Can't recommend more highly!

Qrevo Curve. Life changing.

This is our first Robot vacuum/mop. We are more than impressed. We have two huskys that are in and out all day long. No more daily sweeping. We have the qrevo curve model and have it set to sweep and mop daily. We use the roborock floor cleaner and our floors stay clean. Maintaining the robot is super easy. We love it so far!

Best robot yet. I can now honestly say roborock is pet friendly. I've owned the S7 Max Ultra, and the S8 MaxV Ultra. Dog hair plugged up both of these previous models. The Saros 10 powers through it thanks to the frequent empty dust bin setting that is now fully implemented. I can't wait for the Saros Z70

No hair tangles

I give this system a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Pros: No more pet hair tangles. I'm not having to unjam the main brush daily due to pet hair being caught in the rollers. No fighting with clean/dirty water with the Refill & drainage System! The AI does extra on dirty places identifed. cons: This system seems to have taken a step backwards on the AI auto detect system. With its ability to lift itself up a some it now trys to do weird stuff. I have some desks with extended horitzontial legs. The robot loves to high center itself on it. I had to setup no go zones so I don't have to save the it daily. My previous version would just bump and move on. This one oohh no it goes I can get over it, and quickly hi-centers itself and screams for help. It also does this with my office chair too, it loves to get stuck instead of just Identifying a chair like the previous version and just avoiding it.. Its AI needs some love. If the lighting is poor or extra shadowed it will run over dog accidents and smear it around. While the previous version would do this sometimes. This one has a higher frequency of doing it. I'm guessing its cause the AI thinks its extra dirty and/or its an obstical it can get over and then smushes the mess. Again the AI needs some love.

Almost Immediate Warranty Claim

We had this vacuum for 2 weeks before being to file a warranty claim due to the communication sensor affecting its ability to empty the dust bin or wash the mop - an issue that we found was extremely common after getting to find solutions online. Also, does not communicate with whatever assistant you use (e.g. Google) as advertised. Very buggy... should have been held off for release until these issues were resolved.

Not worth the pain.

These are great if you get a good one. If you don't, it's painful. Roborock's 24/7 support means you call in and then wait for someone to email you and ask you questions. You spend hours emailing back and forth and they want you to upload videos to google and give permissions for anyone to view. Very painful process and they may decide to just stop emailing you. Not worth the trouble.

Cannot get into dock, misses spots

Good: can navigate high-pile carpets and exercise mats (QR T78 cannot), can use cleaning solution, picks up pet hair clumps Bad: Everything else. Could find the docking station 2 out of 10 times (and I did spend 30 minutes with the tech support call), gets 'frustrated' (?) with the deck on-ramp and uses high speed to ram (literally) into the dock, loses 1% battery per 10 linear feet of carpet vacuuming, why does it even need articulated mop arm if it doesnt even get close to half the corners in the room, terrible pathing around non-square furniture leaving major patches not even touched, bad (worse than QRT78) performance vacuuming bare floors - if there's cat dry food on the floor, expect the pieces just re-arranged instead of picked up (or sometimes violently flung across the room).

Poor object avoidance and detection

The entire point of a robot vacuum is to clean your house and you don’t need to think about it. This robot get clogged, stuck, jammed, and lost to the point that roughly 50% of all runs of this vacuum have ended with me needing to retrieve or reset this, making it more of a pain to have than just vacuuming and mopping manually. The AI detection is subpar at best, constantly marking things as keep out zones which are not present and not detecting things specifically advertised to detect. The Saros 10 is supposed to automatically detect pet messes but managed to run over one from a cat that slung poop out of the litter box. For a robot at is 1600 dollars, this is supposed to make my life easier and if anything has made it more difficult.
