Received message to request refund because was not deliverable. But I decided to wait because Fed Ex still showed being delivered, just late. Instead of two days, took about a week. But we did receive it and we love it,

We tried to order this paid for it, and by the next day it was canceled and was told it was out of stock. And I got back on here a couple days later and it still showed available to purchase.

Sam's should do something for everyone who has ordered this item. people order it only to be disappointed by it being out of stock. it is still showing available now!! do better Sam's club!

I've ordered twice. Order canceled both times. Customer service was awful and said my only option is to keep trying and buy full price when back in stock and THEN they would send back the difference. Nah I'm good just keep it.

Ordered online, but a few hours after it said "Your order has been placed, thank you!", I got an email saying the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. The website still shows that it's in stock.

nice size, it is metal so wont chip like cement ones. seems like it may scratch easily though. overall it is great for the price
