After reading all the negative reviews about not receiving it, I was a little leary. However, I took a chance and ordered one. I got an email confirmation stating my order was placed and shortly after, a shipping notification from FedEx. It ended up arriving yesterday and we couldn't be happier. We absolutely love this fire pit!!! It complements our decor nicely on our patio and puts out a substantial amount of heat. I am so glad I took a chance and ordered it for such a steal of a price!!

Awesome fire pit/table. Like many, my first order was mysteriously cancelled. Rather than writing a whiny review that has zero to do with a product they never actually received, used or appreciated, I called and placed an order directly and it was shipped next day and arrived the day after. The fire pit is awesome! Can't wait to try it out on colder evenings. Until then it's a gorgeous outdoors table that really looks like it was made from concrete. Glad I ignored the complaints (they are not product reviews), and used common sense instead. And I got it for $166!! Lol.

Oops...Ordered this on 5/27 assuming it would be canceled based on the reviews. Woke up and there it was. There was zero communication from the delivery company, and the tracking info provided by Sam's was untrackable, so I assumed it would be canceled. Now I'm the proud owner of a fire table I didn't really account for, haha.

After ordering 3 times and canceled, I tried one last time and got lucky. It got delivered on time and for the price, it is very compete with everything but the tank. Keep on trying and you might get lucky as well.

I ordered this earlier this week. Judging by the comments I figured the order would be cancelled. shortly after I got a confirmation from fed ex freight. Arrived today!! Unpackaged it and it looks great! Wow, like winning the lottery.

I just ordered after being canceled 3 times and it is now showing that it is on its way!!! I have a notification from FedEx with shipping details. If you still want…order now!!!! It gave me an option this time on what day I wanted it delivered…so they must have fixed their issue with this. To be continued….

Sam's keeps the item purchasable online and then cancels your order. A rain check would be appropriate here.

Why is this item still available for purchase 3 days after my order was canceled because of it being "Out of Stock"

Ordered twice and both times Sam’s canceled the order for “being out of stock”.

why advertise This as a sale item when it was never available from the start of the sale. since this was never available and is still showing that it is available I feel they should at least honor this item at the sale price for the people that have purchased it when it becomes available. companies wonder why they lose loyal consumers how about try to make an effort to fix or do right. totally dissatisfied do better Sam's club !
