Based on other reviews, I was skeptical of the fire pit would canceled, but pleasantly surprised when it showed up via a shipping company similar to a box truck that would deliver appliances. Fire pit took a little over 2 weeks to arrive, but happy to say that it works great.

Easily ordered this fire pit plus the order was not cancelled as indicated in many reviews. The shipping company allowed selecting a delivery date and gave a 4 hour window. Their communication is very good and they delivered as promised. The fire pit is very nice, easy to set up and at a very good price. Highly recommend this Fire Pit!

Once table became available I immediately purchased and had no issues with delivery. Would recommend not waiting cause they only release a very limited supply at a time. For the price this table is amazing, the size is large, quality is great and it comes with both a lid, rocks and cover. Not using the cover and lead to rusting after it rains so I highly recommend using, but it is easy to clean so it's not a huge issue. The table does not come fully assembled however the main piece is, you just need to add the door, battery and feet.

First off make sure your looking at the reviews, pretty much every bad review in this item is because their item got canceled, not the item itself. Now to my actual review; this fire pit is really nice. It's so much better than i was actually expecting, especially for the price i paid. Delivery was fast and professional. Setup was easy, literally take it out of box lol. The only thing we changed was the rock, it came with volcanic rock and we preferred something with a little more color, so we purchased some mixed blue fire glass to make it pop!

Just like everyone else I expected this to not show up or get cancelled but this was seamless. Delivery company called scheduled the delivery window. I was at work when they arrived was supposed to sign but they just dropped it off and went on their way. Very happy with the entire process. I can't wait to actually fire it up!

Awesome fire pit/table. Like many, my first order was mysteriously cancelled. Rather than writing a whiny review that has zero to do with a product they never actually received, used or appreciated, I called and placed an order directly and it was shipped next day and arrived the day after. The fire pit is awesome! Can't wait to try it out on colder evenings. Until then it's a gorgeous outdoors table that really looks like it was made from concrete. Glad I ignored the complaints (they are not product reviews), and used common sense instead. And I got it for $166!! Lol.

I just ordered after being canceled 3 times and it is now showing that it is on its way!!! I have a notification from FedEx with shipping details. If you still want…order now!!!! It gave me an option this time on what day I wanted it delivered…so they must have fixed their issue with this. To be continued….

Why is this item still available for purchase 3 days after my order was canceled because of it being "Out of Stock"

Sam's keeps the item purchasable online and then cancels your order. A rain check would be appropriate here.

Ordered twice and both times Sam’s canceled the order for “being out of stock”.
