Main reason why we returned them was one of them came in a brown box (not the original safety 1st box) so immediately we knew something was off. Opened the box, the car seat was not wrapped in plastic bag nor had foam for protection. Second, dirt/dust was visible on the seat. There was a stain in one of the cup holders. Obviously, Sam's sent us a used/returned car seat, which is unacceptable. The second car seat came in its original box but the car seat had a dent on side. Overall, you get what you pay for. The car seat felt cheap. The head rest felt uncomfortable. I do not recommend this brand. Just buy something ...

Installing it to a secure position is nearly impossible. There's no leveling device, so you have to rely on the line on the side, which appears to be level with the ground. I ultimately returned it because I couldn't trust the safety of this seat.
