This is a good, safe car seat. I have a Grace and got this for a spare to use in our other car. I can tell a little difference in the quality of the plastic cup holder and the harness clip. But overall I feel this is a safe car seat and would buy another one if I need one.

I can not believe how many 4 %26 5 star reviews this car seat has. This car seat IS NOT safe for your children! At least for the rear facing position. We have the seat strapped down as tight as possible. We tried just the seat belt, just the anchor belt, and then out of desperation both. it says to expect “an inch” of wiggle room, laughable. I wish I could post a video and show exactly how unstable this car seat is. The car seat almost tips over just making turns. Additionally, the reclining levels are so limited. No matter which option we try our child's head falls forward. Please, from one parent to another, do not buy this car seat for your child!

Hard to get the unit tight in a Durango's seat

My little boy loves this car seat. He would cry the whole time in his infant carrier and now he doesn't fuss at all.

Thought it was coming in the box like it was in store but it came in just a brown box, no protective plastic or nothing

Over all car seat is good just the straps are too smooth I have a hard time tightening them. So for now that it is rear facing I can pull the seat belt straps from the back to tighten once baby is buckled in other that it's a good option.

From the beginning, this car seat felt cheap. The straps are incredibly difficult to tighten and easily twist. Installing it to a secure position is nearly impossible. There's no leveling device, so you have to rely on the line on the side, which appears to be level with the ground. I ultimately returned it because I couldn't trust the safety of this seat.

Car seat takes forever to install correctly %26 is very bulky. Also fitted child to car seat and then once placing child into car seat correctly, the straps do not tighten properly to fit child at all. The installation process was lengthy, and also does not tighten easily or properly. Would highly recommend choosing a different car seat; we did have to return this item recently.

Bought two car seats and returned them all. FedEx delivered both to the wrong house but thankfully we were able to locate them. Main reason why we returned them was one of them came in a brown box (not the original safety 1st box) so immediately we knew something was off. Opened the box, the car seat was not wrapped in plastic bag nor had foam for protection. Second, dirt/dust was visible on the seat. There was a stain in one of the cup holders. Obviously, Sam's sent us a used/returned car seat, which is unacceptable. The second car seat came in its original box but the car seat had a dent on side. Overall, you get what you pay for. The car seat felt cheap. The head rest felt uncomfortable. I do not recommend this brand. Just buy something on the higher end so you know your babies are safe in their car seats.

Bought this for when our grandkids visit. Easy to lift and hookup.
