We live in Hawaii and find it necessary to keep the windows open 24/7 to maintain airflow and cool the apartment. Unfortunately, tons of dust ends up everywhere. The floors end up horrendously filthy immediately after cleaning them. We couldn’t keep up! Exasperated, I searched high and low for the best method to clean the monstrosity that is our floor. In came this gem! I cannot explain well enough how much stress has been removed. It feels like a heavy weight has been lifted from my psyche. No longer do I have to spend inordinate amounts of time sweeping and mopping. Whoever invented this is my new hero!

We bought the machine about 1.5 years ago. In general love it, but sometimes it doesn't clean the corners very well. We do have 2 dogs so their fur do tend to get stuck in the roller section and sometimes in the suction before entering the waste bag. At this point we would have to manually unclog the area. But overall it does clean and vacuum pretty good, just sometimes I would have to mop again after the machine has passed. After 1.5 year the front wheel did break off the wheel detaches when it goes over furnitures.

Great but connecting it to wifi was hard. It was really hard to connect to wifi. I had to go into my router settings to make a separate name for the 2.5ghz wifi that it needs. I called my ISP they couldn't help. It didn't work with the Roborock app, but does work with the MiHome app. I almost gave up trying. Glad I didn't because I love my vac. My floors are so clean : ). Customer service is also great!

I don't think there's a huge difference among the various models but the Q Revo has the features we wanted. We have tile floors so I can't comment on carpeting. It's easy to get hung up on suction numbers. I think they're all good enough. Suction really doesn't matter when you're mopping the floor at the same time. The Q Revo is great at mapping out the floors and allowing different programming times, and areas. I like walking on the floor barefooted, but hate the feeling of sand. There's no sand left afterward. My wife is the expert on cleaning, as she has a cleaning business. She loves it! No complaints! The house is about 2,300 ft. I'm not sure how the manufacturer figures 7 weeks between changing the discharge or the supply water. We would be lucky to make it through whole house cleaning twice before the tanks need to be serviced.

I bought this Roborock Qrevo S mainly for cleaning the first floor (wood + carpet) of my house. It completes the job of vacuuming and mopping amazingly. Unpacking and installation are super easy by following the instructions. You will only need to assemble two parts, connect it to Wi-Fi, fill in the clean water tank, and it is ready to work. There are a lot of settings and options in the Roborock app. You can just use the default settings. The robot first runs a quick map setup. It can identify different materials on the floor. Then it starts to vacuum and mop the entire mapped area. You can also choose a specific area. The robot will automatically determine if the mop cloth needs to be cleaned and it will return to the dock for cleaning. This thing runs very quietly when working. It can easily identify and handle all kinds of normal obstacles in the home. And the battery can last long. The cleaning results are amazing. The only thing I need to do is empty the trash bag and dirty water tank after a few uses. I have zero complaints about this product. I love using it and it saves me a lot of time and effort. It is definitely worth the price.

Only had it a couple of weeks, but so far it’s been excellent! We have had Neato robots since 2017 and they have finally bricked on me. I am honestly shocked how much better the Roborock app is and the Q revo cleans very efficiently. Mapping is simply awesome & has not gotten itself stuck yet. I was skeptical with the auto empty (we have dogs & a lot of hair), but again I was shocked at how well it picks up & empties the dust bin fully. If you have been on the fence about upgrading or buying for the first time - I highly recommend the Q revo!!

Got the new roborock on Saturday and opened it right away. Easy to install, just look as I expected, neat and modern. I didn't even look at the manual for installation.it’s quite self-explanatory. Took some time to connect to wifi, Then all good to go from the roborock APP. For the first time when it draw the map and recognize the floor type, it takes a while.I’ve carpet overall and tile in bath, hardwood in kitchen, all recognized successfully. For an area wool carpet, the good thing is I could choose rise option and clean it. It’s quieter than I expected, compare with my old S6. And the vacuum power much stronger. The most obvious enhancement is about dealing the long hair. It won’t be tangling with the machine anymore compared with S6. I’m super satisfied with this.

I did a lot of research on which vacuum to buy. I had a vacuum robot before but I wasn't too happy with it. Decided to give this one a try since it's also mopping. This is it! Vacuum and mopping at the same time! Very thorough, clean and smart. Will buy another one for my parents.

I’ve only had this for a few days but so far it’s done a great job keeping the house clean. We have a 2 year old GSD and keeping up with his constant shedding was starting to wear thin on our patience. I got this with the intention of having it cut down on the amount of deep cleaning we need to do every month and the day to day vacuuming. It’s 100% covered us on the daily vacuuming front. It’s picked up so much hair just in the past 2 days that I actually had a notification pop up from the base telling me it was clogged. I cleared the clog which could have been a small dog on its own and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I guess the word of caution here is you should probably do a deep clean BEFORE letting this bot loose, otherwise you might end up with a nasty surprise in the dust bin/bag area of your base station. I can’t fault the bot or the base station for this, it was a very minor problem that took me less than 5 minutes to rectify and it hasn’t had an issue since. I’ve got my bot running once a day, everyday, with mopping twice a week. The difference in cleanliness is beyond awesome and we’ve got SO much more time on our hands now to do other things besides cleaning the floors! Well done Roborock!
