Vacuuming and Mopping is GREAT! I really liked not having to babysit the robot for anything. This truly is a set and forget machine. It is very reliable and efficient and does a very good job. It also did a very good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the mopped floors. The first time I walked with it and made sure everything was fine. When I felt it had picked up a lot of dirt as it was the first time, I hit the pause button and removed the dust bin and manually emptied it into my garbage and then let it continue. The best thing is if some toy is lying on the floor it just goes around it . Not so with anything with threads or ropes. They will wind around the wheels and jam the robot. Now I have just set it to clean the house before i get up in the morning and the job is automatically done. Wow, hats off to Roborock!

I don't think there's a huge difference among the various models but the Q Revo has the features we wanted. We have tile floors so I can't comment on carpeting. It's easy to get hung up on suction numbers. I think they're all good enough. Suction really doesn't matter when you're mopping the floor at the same time. The Q Revo is great at mapping out the floors and allowing different programming times, and areas. I like walking on the floor barefooted, but hate the feeling of sand. There's no sand left afterward. My wife is the expert on cleaning, as she has a cleaning business. She loves it! No complaints! The house is about 2,300 ft. I'm not sure how the manufacturer figures 7 weeks between changing the discharge or the supply water. We would be lucky to make it through whole house cleaning twice before the tanks need to be serviced.

one of the best robo vaccums and mop i have used. this thing was very quick to map my house took about 14 minutes while the roomba j7+ took about 70 minutes to accomplish the same (and got stuck in the middle as well). the mop works great as well and is pretty quiet. the mapping features are great enables you to customize it to suit your needs. Value for money.

I bought this Roborock Qrevo S mainly for cleaning the first floor (wood + carpet) of my house. It completes the job of vacuuming and mopping amazingly. Unpacking and installation are super easy by following the instructions. You will only need to assemble two parts, connect it to Wi-Fi, fill in the clean water tank, and it is ready to work. There are a lot of settings and options in the Roborock app. You can just use the default settings. The robot first runs a quick map setup. It can identify different materials on the floor. Then it starts to vacuum and mop the entire mapped area. You can also choose a specific area. The robot will automatically determine if the mop cloth needs to be cleaned and it will return to the dock for cleaning. This thing runs very quietly when working. It can easily identify and handle all kinds of normal obstacles in the home. And the battery can last long. The cleaning results are amazing. The only thing I need to do is empty the trash bag and dirty water tank after a few uses. I have zero complaints about this product. I love using it and it saves me a lot of time and effort. It is definitely worth the price.

The Roborock Q Revo Pro is a lifesaver. Keeping up with household cleaning on top of everything else can be overwhelming, but this device alleviates much of that pressure. The Q Revo makes it effortless to keep my wood floors pristine and handles my dachshund’s hair like a champ. The new edge mopping feature is a game changer. It cleans right up to the edges of cabinets and reaches places other mopping vacuums can’t. It has minimized my need for manual mopping, and its intelligent dirt detection cleans up muddy paw prints with ease. The mapping and obstacle avoidance are also excellent; I’ve seen the Q Revo Pro avoid my dog’s toys and shoes left out. The lifting mop pads are another fantastic feature. The Q Revo Pro can cross carpets, mop, and vacuum all in one cycle, making it much more efficient than older models that required two cycles. For areas you don’t want the vacuum to go, the app is fully customizable. You can add specific clean cycles, no-go zones, and divide specific rooms. As an added bonus, Roborock has an Alexa skill for controlling the robot. Overall, the Roborock Q Revo Pro is well worth the money simply for the time it saves me. It truly is a set it and forget it device with a multifunction dock that loads water and empties the vacuum. If you’re on the fence, get it! You won’t regret it!

Great but connecting it to wifi was hard. It was really hard to connect to wifi. I had to go into my router settings to make a separate name for the 2.5ghz wifi that it needs. I called my ISP they couldn't help. It didn't work with the Roborock app, but does work with the MiHome app. I almost gave up trying. Glad I didn't because I love my vac. My floors are so clean : ). Customer service is also great!

Loving it so far! Mapped my house out well and I make sure to run the vacuum in the living room and kitchen everyday and makes cleaning the house a lot easier! I would love for a robo safe detergent to come out for the mop feature, so that I can benefit more from the mopping function , love!

Bought about a month ago and Its GREAT!!! Don’t know why people have bad reviews. I wish you could access the electronic water tank inside the robot though. We have gates but somehow it mapped beyond the gate!!! Must be the LiDar. It mapped about 500-1000 in about 15 minutes and it can vacuum diomateceus earth

I’ve only had this for a few days but so far it’s done a great job keeping the house clean. We have a 2 year old GSD and keeping up with his constant shedding was starting to wear thin on our patience. I got this with the intention of having it cut down on the amount of deep cleaning we need to do every month and the day to day vacuuming. It’s 100% covered us on the daily vacuuming front. It’s picked up so much hair just in the past 2 days that I actually had a notification pop up from the base telling me it was clogged. I cleared the clog which could have been a small dog on its own and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I guess the word of caution here is you should probably do a deep clean BEFORE letting this bot loose, otherwise you might end up with a nasty surprise in the dust bin/bag area of your base station. I can’t fault the bot or the base station for this, it was a very minor problem that took me less than 5 minutes to rectify and it hasn’t had an issue since. I’ve got my bot running once a day, everyday, with mopping twice a week. The difference in cleanliness is beyond awesome and we’ve got SO much more time on our hands now to do other things besides cleaning the floors! Well done Roborock!
