Wheels go bad every 6 months and need to be sent in for repair, since it needs to he taken completely apart to service, and warranty repairs take over a month. Go with a better brand

Disappointing. Loses WiFi constantly despite being in the same room as the router. Started damaging adamroborock@dillpickle.pw rug edges after just a few runs.

I have been incredibly impressed by this robot. I have only ever owned a cheap eufy robot vacuum that I quickly returned so I can’t speak from lots of experience. However, I am incredibly pleased with this model and will probably be a longtime roborock customer assuming this robot lasts any length of time. It had made my life so much easier.

the thing is so heavy! very hard for me to move to my upstairs. when i finally unboxed and got it upstairs I saw that it has disposable bags for the dust it vacuums, which means I would keep having to buy bags for it. this is very inconvenient when it is for a larger home. will be returned

I bought this as a gift for my parents, who are both working and own two dogs that shed. It's been a life-saver for them to clean before and after having guests over, and to manage the pet hair. The mop setting seems to work pretty well, and the vacuum, too. The only downside is that it doesn't do corners super well, so you may have to spot-clean hard corners of rooms.

I always used Roomba vacuums, but was unhappy with their cleaning and navigation ability. I decided to go with the Roborock Qrevo S5V instead. It vacuums and mops my whole house on one battery charge. It deals with the hair of my 2 dogs effortlessly. I really love this vacuum. It gets so close to all the edges of my floor, and mops and vacuums close to obstacles without bumping into them.

Helps keep the home clean. I recommend the product.
