The only thing I really didn't like is the size. I have a hard time swallowing pills bigger than a pea. An unfortunate side effect. As gas dosage, I wish it had more of the magnesium we need. I feel iron, magnesium, and folate are important. Price is typical. It's okay. I think a prenatal offers more.

I am in my 50's and while I eat well I know I don't absorb some vitamins as well and that my needs gave changed and I need more of some things like B vitamins, Calcium, and Magnesium. This vitamin is made to address those needs. I have been taking it daily and find it easy to swallow, with zero taste (that's a good thing). It's good to know I am getting what I need now in a supplement.

It leaves no aftertaste in my mouth after taking. It is a bigger tablet for me to swallow so if you have problems taking larger tablets, take it with plenty of water or cut it in half and take each piece separately. There are sixty-five tablets in this container and the container is child proof so please keep away from children. Helps women over 50 with brain, heart, bone, and eye health.

The only reason I stop is because I forget. Since I'm over 50 now 😫these seemed like a good choice. I do wish they could make vitamins smaller. Also these in a gummy would have been much better, as long as it's not cherry! Ewww! I wish I could tell you if they work well but I can't tell the difference with vitamins.
