I was super happy about this product as I am just now 51 and I have been looking for a high quality women's daily vitamins that provides everything that we need as we get older. I was super happy with the ingredients as well as the ease of taking this vitamin. It's not too overly big so it's easy for me to swallow and I love that it's a once a day supplement. I will definitely use this product again in the future as I have noticed that I personally do feel some benefit after using the product for a week or so so I am looking forward to seeing what continued benefits I receive.

This particular vitamin is great for me since I'm 60 and I don't get all the necessary vitamins through my food, to keep me healthy so I'm grateful for the multivitamin. The sister is simple, 1 per day with a meal. The pill is ready to swallow and I take it in the morning with breakfast so no stomach upset. I think this was the good time to start doing something I don't like to do ( take pills) however my mind said take them I Have not noticed any taste nor have I noticed any efffectiveness on my health but I have noticed that mentally I am happy that I started taking a step to better my health and wellness.

I had been taking this product for at least 2 weeks, I couldn't tell a difference, the only thing was it started to make me constipated. I have never had this problem before once I stopped I went back to normal. There wasn't a big does of iron but enough to effect me. I won't buy this but my sister uses this exact product and likes it.

I turned 50 and began taking every and any vitamin that I read about. Well fast forward 5 years and now I'm sick of taking all these separate vitamins spaced out at different times. I found these and thought I'd give them a try. So far so good. They seem to be equivalent to all the other single doses of random vitamins I've been taking. Best part only ONE bottle.
