I have been taking Centrum Silver for women for 14 years and I'm not going to stop the minute I turn 50 I started taking them

There isn't a taste in these vitamins. There is a good number of ingredients in these vitamins, but i like that they are non GMO. I do feel better when taking them

They don't cause any unwanted side effects like an upset stomach but I always take them with food. They aren't super large either, nor do they have a terrible aftertaste assuming you take them with food. I highly recommend.
