This particular vitamin is great for me since I'm 60 and I don't get all the necessary vitamins through my food, to keep me healthy so I'm grateful for the multivitamin. The sister is simple, 1 per day with a meal. The pill is ready to swallow and I take it in the morning with breakfast so no stomach upset.
