I am in my 50's and while I eat well I know I don't absorb some vitamins as well and that my needs gave changed and I need more of some things like B vitamins, Calcium, and Magnesium. This vitamin is made to address those needs. I have been taking it daily and find it easy to swallow, with zero taste (that's a good thing). It's good to know I am getting what I need now in a supplement.

Unfortunately, I can't take it anymore because it contains piridoxine B6, and I am sensible to that vitamin. I took these tablets a couple of days, and I started to feel the effects of the pyrodoxine on my legs. I had to stop taking this immediately.
