I needed a supplement that encompasses several added nutrients for my age. I wanted one vitamin that has everything I need so I wouldn't have to buy more than one supplement. This Centrum has all I need. I like the heart health and brain function. I have used Centrum vitamins before and I really like it for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like taking Centrum silver for women 50+ and I give it a 5 star rating because I feel comfortable taking this multi vitamin every day that I am getting a well rounded and thorough amount of vitamins for my age. If I had to change anything, it might be to up the calcium to 500 mg from 300mg. Other than that, its a pretty solid vitamin. It covers Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B6, B12, Folate and plenty of minerals. The tablet is in line with the same size of other multivitamins on the market. It is not coated, but it is easy to swallow. And if anyone has issues swallowing pills or vitamins, (my mom does) carbonated beverages help a lot!

This is without a doubt a good product. My system is weird so I couldn't take them. I took them for about 3 weeks and noticed I was getting dizzy. This was the only new thing I had added to my normal routine. After I stopped taking them for a few days, the dizziness went away. Idk what is in them that made me feel like that. Just wanted to share that with all of you.

Once I got them back where they should be I was told to try a good multivitamin to see if I could maintain. I just had my 6 mo. blood work done and with this multi I'm happy to report zero deficiencies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that these vitamins are specialized for women 50 plus. They are a nice size and for me easy to swallow. They do not leave any after taste and have a pleasant smell which makes them even easier to take. They are missing a couple of minerals I like to include daily so I am giving them a 4 star rating.

I have now been taking these for over and feel I can give a true review. They are easy to swallow and their price is comparable to others. I recently broke my leg in 3 places and even I CANNOT say it's because I was taking Centrum Silver, my surgeon said I had really good bone density.

I don't know if it's the vitamin or my mind but I feel better when I take it than when I don't. I tend to not eat as well as I should, and I am getting older so it is more important to me now to take better care of my health. I was recommended this product many years ago from a friend and the pill size is a bit large but I do like the results.
