[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are a complete daily multi-vitamin and they have everything you need in them to take every day. They did not upset my stomach at all even if I take them in the morning and are easy to swallow.

This is a multivitamin product too and just like the one a day. It just didn't work for me. I just have to see what vitamins I actually need. The pills are the same size as the one a day. I'm sure these products work but it was a no for me. I haven't bought them since then. I also have low iron so I don't know if that could be a factor of them not working for me

Centrum doesn't disappoint. Easy to swallow and digest. This multivitamin and mineral gives your body all the nutrients it needs in a day and meets all the daily requirements and more. I never have a stomach ache and never have any side effects from taking this vitamin. This vitamin supports my health needs with the age that I'm in. For my 50th Birthday I ran out and bought these and have been using them ever since (I'm now 53 going on 54).  I love these.  I tried a few others for the silver crown but they give me bad breath (it's a gut thing?) but not these.  So I'm sticking to Centrum.  It has all I need to maintain healthy and well.
