Pill is a bit large, but just throw it to the back of my throat and swallow. No problems or issues taking it. Great way for me to save money too!

I took it with food and it did not upset my stomach or make me feel bloated. It is a decent sized caplet. I will continue to take for the benefits.

They contain everything a woman 50 and over would need as far as vitamin supplements for overall good health. Gives you more energy after taking the vitamins on a regular basis and are easy to swallow. I am very pleased with the results of taking this vitamin now for several weeks.

However I think it has extra preservatives that may not be necessary or healthy. I myself find them a little difficult to swallow. Not sure if I would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like taking Centrum silver for women 50+ and I give it a 5 star rating because I feel comfortable taking this multi vitamin every day that I am getting a well rounded and thorough amount of vitamins for my age. If I had to change anything, it might be to up the calcium to 500 mg from 300mg. Other than that, its a pretty solid vitamin. It covers Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B6, B12, Folate and plenty of minerals. The tablet is in line with the same size of other multivitamins on the market. It is not coated, but it is easy to swallow. And if anyone has issues swallowing pills or vitamins, (my mom does) carbonated beverages help a lot!

This is without a doubt a good product. My system is weird so I couldn't take them. I took them for about 3 weeks and noticed I was getting dizzy. This was the only new thing I had added to my normal routine. After I stopped taking them for a few days, the dizziness went away. Idk what is in them that made me feel like that. Just wanted to share that with all of you.
