This multivitamin has everything I need in one does that is easy to swallow. I prefer taking vitamins that are made for “me” or specific issues. I've taken these for years and will occasionally switch to something else but always come back to this one.

When I turned 50 I added Centrum Silver to my daily regimen. I don't know 100% that they make a difference in my life but I do know I feel better when I take them. My doctor suggested this brand...I'll continue buying so long as I can continue finding them. I've had to substitute a generic version when unable to find this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on the fence with multivitamins because even though it does offer a complete source of vitamins and minerals, if I am lacking in a certain area (let's say Vitamin C or Iron), I still have to supplement with more vitamins. I think I'd rather take the specific vitamins and minerals that I need for my body and not take an additional multivitamin. I do have to note that I had no GI issues while taking these. I would recommend these only to somebody who is not very good about knowing or taking which vitamins and minerals they need.
