I thought I would give this one a shot and have definitely felt a difference. Just make sure you take it with food. I took it on an empty stomache today and I felt a little sick. But it didn't last too long.

Has vitamins B, Zinc ,A, C, E and D. I received this product free of charge in return of my honest opinion.

Easy way to take a multi-vitamin with no yucky after tastes or nasty tasting after burps ! Nice price for the value & quality in wich you get. It would be nice however to possibly get more quantities for the price. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

I was excited to try them, as I have used Centrum multivitamins in the past with no issues. However, after several weeks, I did stop talking them, as I noticed I was having more frequent “hot flashes”. Other than that, I have no complaints.

This is a multivitamin product too and just like the one a day. It just didn't work for me. I just have to see what vitamins I actually need. The pills are the same size as the one a day. I'm sure these products work but it was a no for me. I haven't bought them since then. I also have low iron so I don't know if that could be a factor of them not working for me

After taking Centrum silver vitamin supplement for over 2 months I honestly didn't not feel any significant change or improvement to my overall health. Made another visit to the drug store to discuss with the pharmacist and switched to another brand that was recommended.

I take the Centrum Silver after I turned the big 50, although there are several brands of vitamins meant for older people I approved the Centrum Silver it has a lot more vitamins minerals and everything that an aging person needs in their life. Although they are a little expensive I'll always pay for quality over quantity and that's something and in my reviews of all things people should read
