GREAT DOG FOOD, HOPE THEY RESTOCK IT!

This is a fantastic dog food for a great price. With beef being the first ingredient, it is my top choice. We just made the transition to this food about a month ago, and my dogs seem to love it; their coats look great as well. However, we tried to order some more online yesterday morning, and they refunded the money back yesterday afternoon, stating they were out of stock. So, we went in person, and we were extremely disappointed to find that our local Sam's Club is out of stock and doesn't have any on-order which the supervisor stated probably means they discontinued it. Which leaves us changing their food up without a proper transition. I really hope they decide to bring it back.

Allergy prone dogs? Get this!

This stuff is amazing! I have a bully %26 frenchie and if you know dogs, those are two allergy prone canines. The ingredients listed rival top brands and I appreciate all the preservatives that you find in cheaper brands are not present. My 2 fat fur babies gobble it down, I cannot be happier with the product and the price! Tip: to elevate and even more, crack, an egg, and throw some blueberries on it. This did wonders for my dogs coats and skin.

Don’t buy makes pets sick

Good value for price per pound, but makes my dogs very sick constantly(diarrhea and vomiting). This is my second bag and I will be returning it. First bag I thought the dogs were sick just from the food change but turns out to be the food overall. This is the second day from bag number two and I decided to look up “Sam’s adult dog food making dogs sick” and find it’s very common. Sam’s should do a recall on this product and figure out why it’s making the customer pets deathly sick.

Great packaging to keep food fresh and easy to open unlike big name brands like Purina with the glued down flaps. The food has great consistency and keeps my dogs in great condition. The only issue is that I am noticing some Sam's club is not putting it as available now and is resorting to shipping which takes almost a week and shipping companies just throw these bags around. I am having to drive over 50 miles to pickup. This is a food that should be on the shelves.

Stick with name brands like purina

Made my dog very sick for multiple days, I will return to feeding purina.

Best Bang for your $$

I used to be a hills science diet fan, but i was tired of the increasing price. Did a lot of research and came to find out that hills was sneaking in ingredients i didn't agree with. Lesson learned, READ THE INGREDIENTS. Did a side by side comparison and this dog food was much better quality and over HALF the cost! SOLD. Sams, dont ever stop making this dog food!!!

Excellent quality.

My American Bully is very sensitive and this works the best for him. I was buying super expensive food at self serve spa and while they were great, my dog didn’t like it anymore. My dog loves this an eats every kibble. He seems happier, more energetic and healthy.

Lower-quality than Member's Mark salmon or lamb

Not awful but not really good either. It took us awhile to find a kibble that soothed the gut of our 5 dogs (as a supplement to homemade food). The Member's Mark salmon recipe was the best one they ever had, after trying even Blue Buffalo and Purina One Instinct. We saw we could get 14 additional pounds by the Big Breed bag for same value, but as soon as we switched to it all the dogs started getting eye boogers and had less solid poops, plus more grass-eating, and awful gas came back. I don't think it's the lowest quality by any means, but there is certainly a quality difference in the Large Breed type vs other Member's Mark types. I'd say other brands were even better than this type. I suspect chicken and fillers are a culprit, given the cheap price offered. I had intentionally not chosen a chicken-based kibble due to the common happening of allergies in the gut even if mild. Clearly all my dogs responded to it simultaneously. If you want good value but still prioritize your pup's health, just go with the Salmon, Lamb, or Beef. It's worth the difference. Idk about the chicken one, but again chicken-base generally isn't the healthiest choice for our furry friends.
