Absolutely love them for work. I can listen to music, carry on conversations, answer calls with ease and still hear everything going on around me. Because they sit outside of my ears. My ears drums do not get sore from device sitting down in. Also can use sound deadening ear protection and still get great music at much lower volumes than my air pods.

I love how they feel on my ear and the sound quality. But for some reason I get audio glitches.... happens a few times out of a day. I'd give them 5 stars if not for that issue... will likely swap them out for another pair. Hoping I just got a faulty set and this isn't a common issue.

These are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. I love the fact that I don't have anything shoved into my ear canal. The battery life is decent for how I use them, which is on walks around the neighborhood or listening to audio books while I work around the house. They don't last the whole day, which is fine for me. The app makes it easy to adjust the sound, especially for speech which is different from music. Because these are open ear, they give great awareness of my surroundings. The downside is that they can be hard to hear in environments with loud background noise. For example, I cannot use them at the grocery store. In those environments, my Shokz bone conduction headphones work better. My big complaint is related to the controls on the headphones themselves. The tap zones on the surface of the headphones, per the instructions, don't work very well. It is very hit or miss. Sometimes, I can run my fingers along the small metal bevel strip around the edge to get the controls to work.

The fit is comfortable - didn't even realize I was wearing them. I enjoy that I can hear what's happening around me (like talking with fellow runners), and the music is still clear. I can also crank the volume if I only want to focus on my music. Sound comes through crisp and clear.

I own a lot of your products. I love them and struggle to wear anything else. All other headphones irritate my ears. These are amazing, but my right earpiece only lasts a couple of hours... and that is bothersome because my others last much longer. If it's just a bad battery, I would understand, but it would be the second time I've has an issue with a Shokz earpiece. You replaced my Shokz Open fit because both earpieces lost quality. I love my open ear... I love Shokz. But the battery charge is troubling.

I'm a devoted customer, and that won't change. I've been using your gear long before the name change. These openfit Air headphones has a problem staying connected, at random they will suddenly stop playing. It is mildly annoying. Nothing beats my first pair in terms of all around quality. If we could get this issue resolved I'd be happier.

I am very disappointed in this product. It does not hold a charge for even 8 hours. If you store them charged in the case, they may not be charged when you take them out. I am also finding them connecting to my phone when I have them charging in the drawer. I lose the call because I cannot hear the person. I would not recommend.

Received these for Fathers' Day, but I'm honestly disappointed. Instead of transmitting sound via bone-conduction as the numerous other Shokz we've had in the past, these simply have tiny speakers and are “open” to allow ambient sound to also be heard passively. The tiny speakers sound fantastic, mind you. Even if you're looking for something along these lines, I'm sorry to tell you that, at least for me, these will not stay on my ears. Simply leaning forward, laying down, or moderately vigorous activity will allow gravity to snatch these away from your head. I received these as a gift, and I'm really grateful. My kids and wife however were not aware that these weren't bone conducting, nor that they would have a desire to wander. If I could return them, I would.

The microphone sounds muffled when I am talking to family and friends. They can seldom hear me which compels me to switch to my cellphone's microphone. It gets annoying after a while. I don't recall having this issue with the open fit. I thought, this is the premium version of the two. Disappointment :-(.

I lost my Openrun Shokz recently, so I decided to try the new Openfit Air for walking, running and phone calls. The sound is very good. I have difficulty finding a good fit over my ears, especially with sunglasses. Tapping the logo while they're on my ears is hit and miss. Sometimes it responds with barely a tap, other times I am tapping several times. I'm not in love with these, I may go back to getting another set of Openruns.
