I own a lot of your products. I love them and struggle to wear anything else. All other headphones irritate my ears. These are amazing, but my right earpiece only lasts a couple of hours... and that is bothersome because my others last much longer. If it's just a bad battery, I would understand, but it would be the second time I've has an issue with a Shokz earpiece. You replaced my Shokz Open fit because both earpieces lost quality. I love my open ear... I love Shokz. But the battery charge is troubling.

I will forever miss the AfterShokz Titanium bone conduction headset. That was the best product they had. Since their replacement for that (the OpenMove) wasn't as good, I decided to try these OpenFit Air, which are NOT bone conduction. I was pleased with how the OpenFit Air sounded. Nice bass for my music, without even turning on the bass boost. Also, these sync up nicely with my laptop for when I watch streaming tv/movies. Unlike another set of earbuds I tried from another brand, these keep up so the sound matches the lips moving. They are mostly comfortable (never had a headset that had two pieces, and that go around the ear like these do), and only my right ear has a little spot on it that hurts a bit (but that's MY ear, which does that no matter what I wear) when wearing these. I do NOT like, however, that these lose connection to my laptop or phone a lot sooner than the Titanium and OpenMove did. With those two bone conduction sets, I could walk out my back door and go almost all the way to the outer edge of my back yard before they would start to lose connection. These OpenFit Air start to lose connection just 10 feet out my back door. Not that big of a deal, I don't go outside with them on intentionally, I just don't have time to remove them when the dog starts dancing at the door asking me to take him out. I have never used any of my headsets to make or take phone calls, so I cannot comment/rate that part of them ( I don't know if those functions work or not).

They are indeed comfortable, very user-friendly, and the sound does come through; however, I wish the grip was tighter around my ear so I would feel them bouncing whenever I run or when I'm doing any variation of ploy, jumps, or explosive exercises. Nonetheless, they are indeed good and worth the price for what they give, so I'd recommend them.

I have 2 pairs of shockz. They are absolutely the best product I have ever bought. I bought a pair for all 4 of my children and their spouses. I bought them for the kids when they were in college. I love that they could hear their surroundings but had absolute amazing sound. I was always worried about them walking on campus with other headphones and they could not hear someone walking behind them or a car horn. It's the best product and makes my kids feel safe. Every christmas, I bring a wrap pair for our gift exchange and everyone always fights over them.

These are great listening devices! I already had the Openrun Pro but wanted something a little more compact for travel. I love these! They are easy to use, secure in the ear and provide great sound quality. My only complaint is that I wish they were a little louder as sometimes it is hard to hear podcasts or audiobooks if you are in a crowded or louder area. Great product overall and would buy again!

I like the sound of these, and I'm impressed with the amount of base they produce. I also like the freedom to continue listening to music, but also be able to hear what's going on in my environment. The ear hooks are very effective and providing a waitlist Sensation while wearing these.

Easy to use. . Lightweight. Comfortable with glasses overall for a while then I notice and take off my Shokz. I really love them. Great sound quality and my callers can hear me well. Sometimes I hang up on people if I remove them. and accidentally hit that area on device while talking. .

I have a pair of Open Run that other than the band that connects the 2 bone conductors I love. I wanted to try the Open Fit because they didn't have the band. The way the Open Fit sit on the ear is very uncomfortable after a short period of time. I wonder if you tested any with a slightly different angel so they would be bone conducting

My ears usually can't handle normal headphones for more then 20 minutes since they start to give me migraines but with shokz it's the opposite. As a glasses wearer as well they sit on top of my glasses and don't cause any pain. I'm in love and so comfy and cute

I really like these earbuds. With most earbuds, my ears get tired/sore from wearing for more than 30 minutes or so. I can wear these for hours, and still be able to hear what's going on around me…unless I choose to crank it up. Sound is really good and better than I was expecting for an “open ear” earbud. I'm not a picky audiophile, I just wanted something that sounded good and didn't hurt my ears. These are just what I was looking for.
