Like others have said, the touch controls are not easy to use. I must set the volume with my phone and am able to answer about half the calls using headphone controls. The controls are not obvious and don’t always respond to touch. Otherwise, I love the sound and comfort.

Great headphones better than my Airpods (which I lost). These headphones sit securely on my ears and are comfortable. The Shokz app is fantastic too, switches from my Iphone to my laptop with ease. App is easy to use and decent battery life - gets me thru the work day. I'm a fan!

Easy to use. . Lightweight. Comfortable with glasses overall for a while then I notice and take off my Shokz. I really love them. Great sound quality and my callers can hear me well. Sometimes I hang up on people if I remove them. and accidentally hit that area on device while talking. .

I really like these earbuds. With most earbuds, my ears get tired/sore from wearing for more than 30 minutes or so. I can wear these for hours, and still be able to hear what’s going on around me…unless I choose to crank it up. Sound is really good and better than I was expecting for an “open ear” earbud. I’m not a picky audiophile, I just wanted something that sounded good and didn’t hurt my ears. These are just what I was looking for.

My ears usually can’t handle normal headphones for more then 20 minutes since they start to give me migraines but with shokz it’s the opposite. As a glasses wearer as well they sit on top of my glasses and don’t cause any pain. I’m in love and so comfy and cute

I have had them for about three weeks now and I love them 😍! The battery life is long, the fit of them is great, the sound balance is perfect you can even turn the volume lower and the sound is crisp. The overall quality is great especially for the gym I’ve been going pretty hard and for them not to slide or drop out of my ear is excellent!

They work great! Sometimes I wish they had a little more volume, but other than that, they are comfortable and easy to use. I never even looked at directions, and right out of the box I figured out how to touch the sides for volume or double tap to pause. They last a long time on a charge.

I am LOVING my Shokz Openfit Air. My ears are so irritated by other in the ear headphones and the openfit air is exactly what I needed. I wear them every day and couldn't be happier. They come in a great little charging case, and they stay charged for hours and hours. I could not be happier with this purchase.

I used these inside and they work great. Volume control is a bit tough to use at first but am figuring it out. Did find out you can't wear them in the rain. When the rain drips on the headphones, it starts to turn the volume up or down, depedant on which each the rain is hitting. Also don't like that they are immediately on when I take them out of the case and there is no way to shut them off other than putting them in the case. I took them off when the rain was messing with the sound, closed my audio book app, took them off, put them in my pocekt, and then about 5 minutes later figured out they were still playing even after shutting the audio book app. I had to turn my bluetooth off in order for them to quit playing the book. I guess I need to start carrying the case with me if I want them to shut off.

I bought these because they don’t go in my ears. Apparently, some models fit just outside of the ear. These cover the hole of my ear but don’t go inside. I can wear them for less than an hour at a time. This is because they slightly push on my ear and if I wear them too long, they make my ear ache. I’m somewhat happy. The ones with a cord that goes being my neck wouldn’t work with my hair.
