have long hair?? AVOID

if you have hair that reaches your ears do not purchase. randomly the earbuds decide to read contact with hair as if i am activating the touch on them. it isn’t consistent but when it decides to do this they are borderline unusable. i have used countless kinds of earbuds and never had this issue with the touch controls before. if they didn’t do this one thing they would genuinely work well for what they are. some days using them is quite frankly more annoying than it is worth.

We suggest you turn off Continuous Volume Adjustment in the Shokz App. Kindly follow the steps: Open the Shokz App. Go to "Customize Controls." Select "Press-and-Hold." Find "Continuous Volume Adjustment." Turn off Continuous Volume Adjustment. Now, each long press will only change the volume by one level and the accidental touches can be reduced. Love fit and feel. Volume is low. Cant get it high enough often. Both with phone calls and podcasts. Charge is super short lived. And it’s my second pair. I lost ONE earbud and didn’t want to deal with other making another decision so stuck with what I knew. They don’t feel “cheap” not sure if worth over 100$. Also.. others can hear this sound as it oozes out externally in quiet places so I can’t “get away” with it if trying to hide the noise ;)

To ensure the longest battery life, it’s important to remove Shokz from the charger once the light turns green.* There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. Excelent headphones. They wont shake off, wont fall off, and are loud! I use these for everyday use, gum, and just walkign around to take calls and forget they are on my head lol. I got these for my wife and sons and they absolutely love them. No more losing ear buds or havinng to take my headphones out to talk. Call clarity is also amazing well worth the roice and purchase.

Down loaded the pairing with my Apple 13 phone. After pairing was complete the ear pods would lose connection almost immediately. After pairing them several times and losing connection over and over, I knew it was time to return them.

These do not sit in your ear nor use jawbone technology like the around the head Shokz do, so if your environment is noisy even at a low level (ie: coffee shop), the volume is too low.
