I spent my life in the field of audio engineering and am pleased to give these ear buds a five star review. Due to the unique shape of my ear, I can't wear earbuds the simply hook into the ear. Those type simply fall out easily which sent me looking for an ear hook design. I tried a few with great disappointment until I found the Shokz OpenfitAir. The OpenfitAir is exceptionally comfortable! They are light, gentle on the ear, and do not occlude the ear canal. The transducer lightly sits on the ear leaving your ear open to your surroundings while pleasantly delivering sound. Speaking of which, is quite good at this price point! The sound quality is smooth, flat, and non-fatiguing. The default setting is not bass heavy, overly bright, or harsh in the mids. Unlike most earbuds that sound thin unless they are right up against your ear canal, the Shokz design delivers full sound setting comfortably over the ear. Of course you can change the tonal settings of the devices via the app, but right out of the box I find them quite surprising. The app also provides some basic customization of the touch controls (which I find a little hit or miss) but they are there as a convenience. The internal battery life is close to six hours, but the case also has an internal battery that allows you to give the ear buds a charge without the need for an external charger (very nice)! All in all, for what I would use a pair of wireless earbuds for, these perform very well with some added benefits. Bang for buck… I have found no better.

Pros: Great design. Comfortable to wear long periods. I can hear loud and clear. Battery life decent. Cons: No one can hear me! I told I sound far away or that I'm talking through a plastic bag. When you try to adjust the ear piece to see if its user error or if your hair is in the way, more than likely you will hang up on the person. I purchased these mainly bc I'm on the phone constantly for short periods. I I had the over ear Beats Pro but they kind of hurt my tiny ears. I want to be able to use them bc they're lightweight. Maybe my ears are just too small for them to work effectively.

I've been exceptionally pleased with my Shokz. The Open Fit 2 are comfortable - I've worn them for hours at a time and my ears have not gotten sore. The over-ear piece keeps them stable when I'm working out or jogging, and I like that they're open-ear style so I can still hear my surroundings. The quality is great. Very happy with the purchase!

I tried the open run Pro twos and I do not like how they fit on my ears so I returned those. I figured I'd give you a chance and they fit great. Was not a fan of the control on the earpiece, but that's minuscule. The sound was great, except it kept changing the volume on its own. I had seen people complained about this, and I disabled the features both in my phone and on the app for this product. After a few minutes, it would do it all over again to the point where I could barely hear anything. So I returned them after a couple of days. I don't have this issue with my AirPods. I am replacing them because they're starting to not hold a charge and someone had told me about this brand and so far two strikes.

Caller on the other lone could hear everything in the background. They were not noise canceling

They look great and are made good but the sound on these are as bad as the earbuds you get on the airlines.

comes with chord that has C on both ends. Only way I have to charge is my laptop. not user friendly. will be returning.

These are heavier than my previous pair and the quality is just not the same. When calls come in, they disconnect from my phone.
