When I received the dishwasher: The box was damaged heavily, the Styrofoam was all crumb and falling out of the box. Had to dents in the machine. Then I unpacked the dishwasher I was going to keep it and when went to run the machine I received an error code. I went through the attempted to reset per the instructions unplug for 5 minutes and restarted the machine, still error code. I am returning it the store for FULL REFUND AND SERVICE PLAN. I am very disappointed with Walmart and it's making to consider an alternative store

The dishwasher cleans well enough but anything on the upper rack does not dry and is left dripping on the dry dishes below so all contents must be dried by hand upon removal. Because of its rack arrangement, what would be considered a full load on a conventional sized machine requires two on the RCA. This uses twice the electricity, twice the pods and increased labor. The control panel is on the door's upper lid and cannot be accessed without opening the door during operation. The external hose and power cord retaining clip does not lock in place but hangs on the back of the dishwasher. Regardless of how they're hung the hoses and power cord drag on the floor while moving the machine. As to shipping: FedEx delivered the dishwasher leaving it forty feet from the door. The box had been dragged from the truck to where it was left in the dirt. The base packing was broken with most of it missing, so when it was dragged parts were pulled off. Once it was unboxed more shipping damage was found. Side panels were dented, possibly from a dolly retention strap. If you buy this model, I suggest that you have it delivered to the store so the incompetent FedEx drivers cannot get their hands on it. I bought the RCA dishwasher because the price was within my budget. Now buyer's remorse outweighs any savings. in other words: You get what you pay for.

This thing arrived near up to Hades. Fed Ex left it out in the yard instead of under the porch and of course with my luck it ended up raining. I returned immediately. I was saddened because I was really looking forward to getting this as I love to cook. A lot. And I dirty an impressive amount of dishes and cookware. I own the rca rdw 3208 6 setting model and that thing arrived in pristine condition and works like a champ. I wanted to spoil myself and get this larger version to accommodate all my dirty dishes at once and not have to run multiple cycles everyday. I guess it was a sign I don't need this now. Save my money for something more important. Seriously, I couldn't even open the door that's how dented it was. This is a good brand. I had an rca microwave in the past and that thing worked for years. I only got rid of it because I received a larger one from a different brand as a gift. If I hadn't gotten my dishwasher looking like a car wreck, I'm sure this would have been a glowing review.

product came when it said it would. However when i got home it was laid on its side! Box was completely destroyed, the onky thing holding it together was the straps! It didnt even have a bottom to the box, just styrofoam that was falling apart. Theres a dent in the side and directions are NOT clear, I had to look up videos on how to operate it and set it up. As for how well it works, im unsure. Ive got my first load in now.

Dishwasher is amazing I wish I could give 5 stars but like the other reviews mine had a small dent thank god it wasn’t too noticeable and the shipping box could have been better and the directions could have been a lot more clearer maybe add some more pictures but I figured it out worth every penny one last thing in my last 2 pics you have to unscrew the top of your Sink thing where the water comes out to connect the adapter that comes with the dishwasher hookup took me for ever to figure that part out of you can’t get it off use Pilars that worked for me

Actually rec'd 4 days early, works great, HOWEVER, it arrived with a huge dent in the door. The damage couldn't have happened during shipping because there were no damaged places anywhere on the cardboard container it came in, except on the bottom edges of the box. I read all the comments before buying and almost all of those comments say they rec'd damaged. I think the damage was done at the factory, before they were ever packed for shipping. I'm grateful mine works fine with no leaks because I sure didn't want the hassle of returning it. Maybe that's why they are so affordable.

This is a little mean cleaning machine. I can not believe how well it cleans my dishes without my having to wash them first. BUT there are design flaws. Almost impossible to not get puddles on the floor when detaching from faucet and putting away. Hose storage is difficult and so is cord storage. BUT I developed a system and am very happy with it, even though it takes too much effort to put away and still get puddles from time to time. A better design would have easy and simple - I could do it. It is RCA which I think means it is manufactured in the U.S. I would expect better.

Buyer beware!!!!!!! This dishwasher was so cheaply made . It came with huge dents all over it the size of softballs and water just poured out of the bottom. Customer service was a joke. They did nothing to help . I even offered to send picks. If this is your only option save your money and do your dishes by hand.

Cant get it to start from since i first got it just last month. First how do u have the buttons on the top of the door so when u turn it on and start it and shut the door how is it to start? The manual is junk. I made a claim on day one and they want me to do all this stuff to make a claim instead of sending someone out to look at it. Im starting to be done with rca products totally. If anyone has a suggestion or can help please let me know thank you

This is a really good dishwasher! It is really quiet when running and slides under my bar easily when not in use! It also cleans the dishes really well and my glasses don’t have any spots! All though I would recommend this product it is still smaller than a real dishwasher which is probably about the same price. Some of my big pots and pans cannot fit in the dishwasher.
