This thing arrived near up to Hades. Fed Ex left it out in the yard instead of under the porch and of course with my luck it ended up raining. I returned immediately. I was saddened because I was really looking forward to getting this as I love to cook. A lot. And I dirty an impressive amount of dishes and cookware. I own the rca rdw 3208 6 setting model and that thing arrived in pristine condition and works like a champ. I wanted to spoil myself and get this larger version to accommodate all my dirty dishes at once and not have to run multiple cycles everyday. I guess it was a sign I don't need this now. Save my money for something more important. Seriously, I couldn't even open the door that's how dented it was. This is a good brand. I had an rca microwave in the past and that thing worked for years. I only got rid of it because I received a larger one from a different brand as a gift. If I hadn't gotten my dishwasher looking like a car wreck, I'm sure this would have been a glowing review.

The dishwasher cleans well enough but anything on the upper rack does not dry and is left dripping on the dry dishes below so all contents must be dried by hand upon removal. Because of its rack arrangement, what would be considered a full load on a conventional sized machine requires two on the RCA. This uses twice the electricity, twice the pods and increased labor. The control panel is on the door's upper lid and cannot be accessed without opening the door during operation. The external hose and power cord retaining clip does not lock in place but hangs on the back of the dishwasher. Regardless of how they're hung the hoses and power cord drag on the floor while moving the machine. As to shipping: FedEx delivered the dishwasher leaving it forty feet from the door. The box had been dragged from the truck to where it was left in the dirt. The base packing was broken with most of it missing, so when it was dragged parts were pulled off. Once it was unboxed more shipping damage was found. Side panels were dented, possibly from a dolly retention strap. If you buy this model, I suggest that you have it delivered to the store so the incompetent FedEx drivers cannot get their hands on it. I bought the RCA dishwasher because the price was within my budget. Now buyer's remorse outweighs any savings. in other words: You get what you pay for.

Easy to attach to my faucet, I am glad it came with the hoses and a attachment. Works well and does clean the dishes well. The directions do not tell you if you can use the dish soap pods, but I am using them and they are working. There was a lot of damage to the bottom of the unit. there was literally no bottom cardboard when I got it, only foam. The dishwasher need to be shipped without the wheels already attached. Fits a days worth of dishes for me.

Buyer beware!!!!!!! This dishwasher was so cheaply made . It came with huge dents all over it the size of softballs and water just poured out of the bottom. Customer service was a joke. They did nothing to help . I even offered to send picks. If this is your only option save your money and do your dishes by hand.

I read the reviews before purchasing and a lot of them mentioned damage to the outside and a few mentioned issues with the way it worked. Decided to take a chance and wasn’t disappointed. Made sure I could return it to Walmart if needed but I didn’t need to. Works like a charm!!

It arrived with a thud! The delivery driver carried it over to my gate in which I was standing and waiting to open and dropped it in front of me and walked off. I opened it up and there were so many dents. I thought ok I can deal with the dents but I kept getting a E4 error with everything we tried. I ended up returning it to the store. Since then I have ordered another one and it was to be here today and it is not 8:56pm and nothing.

Received dishwasher had tons of damage to top right and left side door. And did not work . Mage loud grinding sound and displayed an error message. Fed ex wont pick back up store wont take back . Not sure how getting it back to shipper. Sending me replacement lets hope this one works

Dishwasher is amazing I wish I could give 5 stars but like the other reviews mine had a small dent thank god it wasn’t too noticeable and the shipping box could have been better and the directions could have been a lot more clearer maybe add some more pictures but I figured it out worth every penny one last thing in my last 2 pics you have to unscrew the top of your Sink thing where the water comes out to connect the adapter that comes with the dishwasher hookup took me for ever to figure that part out of you can’t get it off use Pilars that worked for me

Cant get it to start from since i first got it just last month. First how do u have the buttons on the top of the door so when u turn it on and start it and shut the door how is it to start? The manual is junk. I made a claim on day one and they want me to do all this stuff to make a claim instead of sending someone out to look at it. Im starting to be done with rca products totally. If anyone has a suggestion or can help please let me know thank you

Great product. Runs quiet and easy set up. Looked like someone slam dunked it with a big dent on the side. I saw other reviews that said this but they weren't as recent so I crossed fingers that they would have remedied this shipping issue. They have not. Its very inconvenient to try and return this so I guess they're going to just keep sending damaged product knowing we just suck it up and keep it with no compensation.
