It came with a slight dent and a small Crack but neither have effected it's functionality. Box looked like it'd seen better days. It's a small upright dishwasher perfect for smaller spaces. It cleans really well. Only real complaint is that the whole process takes about two hours on heavy (about one hour on normal setting) but that still saves time for doing other house chores. We are happy with it and feel like it was worth the money.

This little dishwasher is exactly what I needed for my camper. It gets the dishes, clean and it is quiet. I did have a little trouble finding the correct adapters for my pulldown faucet, but I didn't give up and I finally figured it out and I'm so glad I did.

I received this item and it was in great condition. It runs at a sufficient temperature to get the dishes really clean and can even clean off burnt cheese/enchilada sauce off of glass pans without any soaking/scrubbing beforehand. This is easily one of the best appliance purchases I've ever made, highly recommend.

I live in a house built in the 1930's and there's no where to add a dishwasher into the cabinets. This dishwasher has changed my SAHM's life!

Great for my small kitchen. Not for family size for sure. Single people or house of two. Works great super quiet. Cleans good. Setup was easy trays are good. Stainless steel inside.

This is my 2nd one of this doshwasher (last one belonged to my old apt). I love its functionality %26 ease of use - it works very well. 4 stars because it arrived with a huge dent in the front, but it works, so I didn't bother returning it.

The assembly and unpacking was easy. The issue was that the water line wasn’t long enough to my sink or even underneath. Also, my faucet wasn’t small enough to fit the hose. It ended up costing me another $40 dollars and a man ( Handyman Grandpa) to help. It works pretty well now, as long as I remember to turn off the water when done lol

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this dishwasher. From the first uses, water has been leaking from the lower/front door area and reaching the floor. I initially thought I may have overloaded it, so I completely emptied the dishwasher and ran a 1-hour cycle with nothing inside. It still leaked, so the problem is clearly not caused by the way the dishes were loaded. Another major inconvenience is how short the original hoses/cables are. They severely limit where the dishwasher can be placed and make installation much more difficult than it should be, especially if the dishwasher cannot sit immediately next to the sink. For a portable dishwasher, I expected the connections to provide more flexibility. The dishwasher does wash and drain, but a brand-new appliance should absolutely not leak water onto the kitchen floor. Considering the price and the installation difficulties, I’m very disappointed with my experience.

this thing is a waste of time. the hoses are supposed to screw on to the absolute softest plastic threads i have ever seen. it also doesn't tell you that it shouldn't be used with a sink that has a sprayer hose. it may blow that hose out !!! i didn't sign up for parts removal on my sink to get this thing to work !!! also the drain pipe has to be either hard wired in or you have to have an open drain pipe under your sink to stick the drain pipe from the washer in to. NO THANKS !!!! Don't waste your time on this thing. I'm returning this trash asap !!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is made out of plastic, doesn't clean well. Water leaks out of the hose everywhere even after you try to clear everything out. Very disappointed
