It tastes like those orange cream popsicles I love. It has the perfect blend of creamy vanilla and bright, tangy orange. It's a delicious powerful hydration boost. I like that it isn't just a yummy drink, but it has 3X the electrolytes of other sports drinks, and it quenches my thirst while providing me with vitamins and nutrients. It's good, whether recovering from a workout, or just staying on top of my water intake. I can add it to a cold glass of water or bottled water on the go.

It was a bit too sweet for me though, but it also is a bit sour from the orange flavor. I expected the packets to be powdery, but they were more on a hard side so it was a bit hard to get it out. It mixed in seconds though and overall making it was a breeze.

I will be giving my husband one of these each day he goes to work , so that he can maintain himself hydrated and healthy since he does work outside . This is a delicious vanilla/orange flavor . My husband is a big fan of vanilla/orange ice cream , so this flavor was perfect for his taste ! It is very sweet and tasty . One pack for 16oz of water and you are good to go . Keeps you energized and hydrated! They are electrolyte mixes and are all natural flavored . Such a great resource of hydration , definetly a life savor !
