These are great to take on the go. I stopped and got water while I rucked and having this on hand to add to my water was nice. They taste ok but are a little sweet for me. I also dont like the amount of sugar in them. I wish there was a half sugar option

They always taste so good and not too strong. I also love individual packets for easy and convenient usage.
