The individual packets are super convenient and easy to open, perfect for on the go. It mixes quickly with water, no clumps at all, and makes staying hydrated so much easier, you can feel great very fast. Definitely one of my favorite flavors!

Unlike many of the flavors I've tried in the past, I don't get that salty aftertaste with this one. As someone that is almost chronically dehydrated, this is a useful tool to keep me hydrated while I go through chemotherapy.

This is delicious. Oddly, perhaps, it reminds me most of the baby aspirin I’d get as a child when I didn’t feel well. I get the creamsicle idea, but it tastes more like that to me. I just wish there were a sugar free version. I enjoy the versions of LIV with sugar, but I take a thermos mug of one in water to bed with me and don’t want sugar on my teeth.

It was a bit too sweet for me though, but it also is a bit sour from the orange flavor. I expected the packets to be powdery, but they were more on a hard side so it was a bit hard to get it out. It mixed in seconds though and overall making it was a breeze.
