The powder smelled good, it taste a little bit like a diluted dream sickle, I feel the flavor could’ve been a little more vibrant, which is the only reason it lost a star. These are singleserving packets, and I think it would be a very tasty way to increase your hydration and drink more water.

It’s an excellent electrolyte drink super easy to use just throw in a bottle of water shake a few times and you’re good to go I tried orange vanilla dream and it taste so good. It literally taste like a Creamsicle. These are super convenient. You can leave in your car, your purse, put it in your pocket super convenient. These do a phenomenal job at rehydrating you this little pouch of liquid IV gives you everything you need to get your hydration up quickly. I have used these on a normal day after a workout when I’m sick and not getting enough fluids these are phenomenal to have on any day basis.
