I really love the smooth taste. It's very refreshing and I love how it's good for me. My entire family really loves all Liquid IV products. I buy some every week for my bad electrolyte's because of my gastric bypass surgery. One thing I really wish is that the price of Liquid IV was a little more affordable. With only my husband working and taking care of 4 of us it's really hard to afford groceries. I would LOVE some coupons!!

This is my favorite. Many years ago Beachbody had a recovery drink that was similar to this and then they changed it around and it got more and more expensive and I'm not sure if it's even around anymore. I always got cravings for it during and after workouts and was so happy to find this because it's similar enough and is affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a huge fan of flavored electrolytes, so I gave my dad the liquid IV to taste. He's more of a savory lemon-lime dude, so I think he would've liked that one a little more. Regardless, it's great to get in the extra hydration where possible, and sometimes nutrients don't get in our bodies enough, and water doesn't contain enough. It's important to replenish when possible. My dad is outside a lot and sweats a lot so he needs that replenishment. Overall, it got the job done. It just wasn't his favorite flavor. I think the fake sugars might have added to the taste for him.

While this flavor is supposed to taste like ice cream, it tastes more like a cough syrup. That's why I gave it three stars other wise it would be five
