I will be giving my husband one of these each day he goes to work , so that he can maintain himself hydrated and healthy since he does work outside . This is a delicious vanilla/orange flavor . My husband is a big fan of vanilla/orange ice cream , so this flavor was perfect for his taste ! It is very sweet and tasty . One pack for 16oz of water and you are good to go . Keeps you energized and hydrated! They are electrolyte mixes and are all natural flavored . Such a great resource of hydration , definetly a life savor !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected this to have somewhat of a fruity or vanilla flavored taste to it because it is based on the popsicle however it was not. It had a slightly sweet taste. However, the flavor was not very distinct, and I didn’t enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great flavor?! This tastes just like an orange dreamsicle pop. It dissolves well in water. The packet says to use with 16oz of water but I poured mine into 32 oz and it still tastes great. The flavor will be more intense the less water you use. I wouldn't use less water than what the instructions say. It does have cane sugar so the packet is 50 calories which isn't bad. It has 500mg of sodium which is 22% DV but only 8% Potassium. I would prefer a better balance between sodium, potassium and to add some magnesium in there too. Some ingredient call outs that I like are 70% DV of Vitamin C and an entire day's worth of B vitamins 6, 12 and 3 (which is Niacin). Niacin is converted into two coenzymes NAD" and NADP which helps with energy production and breaking food down into fuel. Love these added vitamins to my water.
