I mix mine in cold water and it dissolves immediately and thoroughly. I appreciate that it is made with natural flavors and that it has some revitalizing vitamins.

I always pack these on my hikes, sip them to get my tired body some electrolytes to continue the hike. The powder smelled good, it taste a little bit like a diluted dream sickle, I feel the flavor could’ve been a little more vibrant, which is the only reason it lost a star. These are singleserving packets, and I think it would be a very tasty way to increase your hydration and drink more water.

It gives your body the nutrients to reset on its own. I also drink these on the days I’m going hard at the gym to replenish my electrolytes that I used.
