The microwave is great looking. The inside is large and powerful. Love that if you feel so inclined you can switch out the control pad from English to French.

Looks fine, works fine. But, just like all the reviews I read, it will NOT let you turn off the child lock feature, and you cannot put in your own seconds. There is a 30 second button and that's it. Pretty annoying!

This was a gift for my workplace. Thanks to the great Black Friday sale it was very affordable and much needed. We had some off brand microwave before that was the strangest thing I ever saw. No buttons at all, just dials???

The buttons on the microwave require a significant amount of force to press, which is more than what is typically required for other microwaves. Not particularly user-friendly for kids, seniors, or anyone with weak hands.

So far we haven’t figured out how to get seconds on the timer. Overall it’s simple to use and cooks extremely well and evenly. The door sticks when opening but I assume that will get better with use.

Bought this unit and picked it up on Nov 24, 2023. 2 years and 6 months later (May 2026) the display failed. some buttons including Start would not work. After a few weeks, the whole thing would not work. Unplugging, waiting, and plugging it back didn't help

In Dec 2025 I left a 4 star review after purchase based on good appearance. Six months later the appliance is starting to break up: 1) the "0" button is starting to fail, requiring extra force to activate. 2)The door rattles when oven is turned on - like a screw loosened, but its screws are not accessible. I will attempt, try and pray to get warranty service.

Defective! I bought this microwave so family and friends would have a quick way to reheat their food. (I have shifted from using microwaves as much as possible). I used a few times around the purchase date fall 2023, and it mostly sits unplugged. Well, recently after family had visited, it was still plugged in. I noticed random long beeps and the display light was flashing. I did not think anything of this, and simply unplugged it, becuase I do not use it. Well recently, I decided to pop some popcorn, and I could not even get the buttons to press to enter time. I just kept randomly hitting buttons until some time popped on the display. Maybe it is the microwave only...nevertheless, I am NOT pleased. The sad commentary is I had no clue that it did not work well, because I never used it regularly. I now have to keep it unplugged or it makes the aforementioned beeping racket and the display flashes "ERROR" bright like a night light. It is hit and miss to get it to work/heat. It was a good size microwave for the price, but something is definitely wrong with this one. It's a disappointment.

The silver frame started peeling off almost immediately after we bought it. It gets really hot on the outside with use. The door will not open unless you push the stop button first… even if the food is done. And you can’t turn this lock off. Would it recommend wasting your money on this. Also, the coating on the inside of the microwave, under the turn plate flakes off.
