Defective! I bought this microwave so family and friends would have a quick way to reheat their food. (I have shifted from using microwaves as much as possible). I used a few times around the purchase date fall 2023, and it mostly sits unplugged. Well, recently after family had visited, it was still plugged in. I noticed random long beeps and the display light was flashing. I did not think anything of this, and simply unplugged it, becuase I do not use it. Well recently, I decided to pop some popcorn, and I could not even get the buttons to press to enter time. I just kept randomly hitting buttons until some time popped on the display. Maybe it is the microwave only...nevertheless, I am NOT pleased. The sad commentary is I had no clue that it did not work well, because I never used it regularly. I now have to keep it unplugged or it makes the aforementioned beeping racket and the display flashes "ERROR" bright like a night light. It is hit and miss to get it to work/heat. It was a good size microwave for the price, but something is definitely wrong with this one. It's a disappointment.

Broke after just 2 years of fairly light use. I'm only in this home every other month and live alone so used. Really terrible quality. Plastic above numbers started peeling pretty early. Worst microwave I've ever had. Even worse, it's advertised as "Return or replace anytime" but that's totally false. Sam's Club won't honor what it states on its own website. Terrible product and terrible company.

I purchased this microwave in store today. We brought it home, opened the door and put the turntable in and it was fine. We went to use it and once I hit “end” and tried to push the button to open the door there was a loud rattle and the button wouldn’t come back out to push. The door wouldn’t open so we had to take everything apart just to get the food out so it can be returned.

Been using for a couple months now, Issues: Product specs (at least on Sam's Club) has 2 of 3 outside dimensions inaccurate. Also says; "facade is complemented by a clear and easy-to-read GREEN LED display". Display is hot bright white, not green. Too bright for when lights are out, lights up kitchen too brightly and ruins night vision when in kitchen. Inside microwave height dimension too small, does not accept tall coffee mugs. Lightweight, which is good...but no traction pads on feet, so slides around counter when trying to push buttons, open door. Reviews say it doesn't last long, we'll see. Good price point, thoughtful they included an extra button cover sheet, first thing that degregates while microwave stil works wellbut that's about it, if you want cheap microwave that works, this is it,

It’s not the best, but certainly not the worst! I wish it had a time cook button instead of cycling through the power then typing in the cook time. The door locks when it’s in use. Just press clear to unlock it. You can turn this off by pressing stop start power at the same time.

Very easy to operate, powerful, and visually appealing.

Item not as described, only a 1000 watt microwave not 1100 watt plus the front panel looks nothing like the picture in it's description.

Relatively large capacity for its small size. Looks beautiful on the counter and works as intended. Great value for the price.
