I take these daily and the effectiveness is quick the packaging is cute they have some good ingredients in them and they are definitely worth your money they don’t taste that bad either.

I read a review complaining that it doesn't have any potassium in it. I take medications that elevate my potassium level. I can't take a vitamin that has potassium in it so I am glad that it doesn't have that.
