I grew up on One-a-day vitamins. It's only natural I've continued to use them throughout my life. I stopped briefly and could tell a difference. I won't do that again. One a day to the rescue! Along with washing my hands of course ;)

My mother has been using this medicine for a while and feels better in health, signs of fatigue have clearly reduced, she eats better and sleeps better.

Wanted a multi vitamin for age 50+ but I’m stunned there’s no iron in this. Vitamin D and Iron were two things I wanted and even asked health professional about vitamins so I’m a bit disappointed

It was alright, I never felt any different. I’m always tired, I try to eat healthy but I felt these vitamins did not make any difference one way or another. I feel indifferent about them!

When I take these vitamins, I get very nauseous right away. Could it be the taste or the smell? I took one today just prior to leaving the house, and I threw up with five minutes! I had to change all my clothes.

I've been taking these for years and I'm not even 50. It does the job. When I get routine blood work my numbers are good, so this must be doing something right. This is the only brand of multivitamins that I use. I would recommend this to others.

I just started taking these and so far I like them. Very reasonable and a lot in a bottle. I notice when I don’t take them or miss a day. I’ve been happy so far. I would but again

I purchased this for my mom and she loves them. This vitamin is for older women and has more vitamins than the regular ones. I would recommend this to everyone.

I take these every day. I think they really help me. Not if they work for you. I do have to take them with good as I have a sensitive stomach. They are a little better than other brands. I would recommend them.
