This is a good, basic multivitamin. It contains the daily requirements of vitamins and minerals in addition to eating a healthy diet. I notice a difference in how I feel when I take them versus not taking them.. They are reasonably priced.

I've taken this for years and love that it works for me. I would recommend for any women 50 and over. I would also make sure you check with your physician before hand.

I'm not quite sure what to say about a vitamin product other than these made me feel good when I was taking them. I felt they were very effective. I also liked the double pack. There was no nasty aftertaste either. Very good price.

I used vitamins One a day for several years, by coincidence i found out that it contains gelatin without specifying the origin (beef or pork). As a costumer, I would like to know.

I really like this product it gives me all my essential vitamins and minerals needed as a woman over the age of 50. I wish they would change the color of the pill bottle from grey to another color because today’s 50 is 30. Make it look younger.

I was surprised to see such hugh pills when I opened the bottle, the pills are hard to swallow. If I had known they were so big I would not have purchased. The actual pill size should be put on the bottle or make the vitamin bottles see through.

Great multi vitamin, use daily to boost my immune system.  Tried others and always go back to this brand, covers all my needs.  Would like to see this product in a gel capsule and  economical.

The tablets are very large! I cut one in half but then the sharp edges made it hard to be swallowed. If you ever have this situation,smear a coating of butter on the pill!

This is one of many vitamins that I take daily. I like that it has a little of each vitamin. Price is reasonable. I would recommend this product to others.
