I took this product the first time this morning. After 5 minutes I was nauseous and then I threw up. For the rest of the day I have felt uneasy and lethargic.

0 stars These are bad vitamins, they taste like plastic and when you drink your water down with it it taints the water! I threw up into the trash can this morning from taking it. I can't say I noticed a difference.

I love this vitamin. It had all of the stuff that men 50 and over need. It quality of the vitiating is good. I have been taking this vitamin since I turned 50. I really like them.

This is around a 3.3-3.6. I tried it a few times and I'm pretty sure it works well. I don't notice too much of a difference but I'm sure that it's helpful for me. It's not hard to swallow and it doesn't really taste bad.

I was disappointed to discover this product contains artificial colors and dyes. This includes aluminum and titanium compounds that are listed in the ingredients. I will never purchase this product again.
