0 stars These are bad vitamins, they taste like plastic and when you drink your water down with it it taints the water! I threw up into the trash can this morning from taking it. I can't say I noticed a difference.

The very large amount of B12 in this multivitamin caused me to have the worst case of acne at age 54. I have had very clear skin most of my life, but after taking this multivitamin a couple times I had pimples covering most of my forehead.
