My husband has been taking these vitamins for years. I assume they are doing their job since his blood tests are always pretty normal. The pills are big but not as big as some vitamins.

I get these for my vitamin intake because it is ready to just grab this and take it before I V start my day off. I usually get the gummy version and just eat these

This is around a 3.3-3.6. I tried it a few times and I'm pretty sure it works well. I don't notice too much of a difference but I'm sure that it's helpful for me. It's not hard to swallow and it doesn't really taste bad.

These are reasonabled priced they are easy to swallow kinda a big pill . I don’t usually take this brand makes me neasuated when I take these but a lot of people like this brand.

I was disappointed to discover this product contains artificial colors and dyes. This includes aluminum and titanium compounds that are listed in the ingredients. I will never purchase this product again.
