I can't review the long term effects but I can tell you that this tablet covers just about everything a man of my age needs, which is why the additional title "Healthy Advantage" is appropriate. In the information provided this medication provides/helps Immune Health, Heart Health, Healthy Blood Pressure, Eye Health, Physical Energy, Healthy Brain Function, Cell Health, and Overall Wellness. That's quite a mouthful. A additional set of facts found in the product description is that, "They have seven cell-protecting antioxidants that encourage and enhance cell growth in order to properly support body development in men over 50." The pill is large (capsule size) and I recommend that you take it with food. For me that worked best because water alone I had heartburn later. The food worked perfectly and no heartburn. As I mentioned before I don't know about the long-term effects but you know, it's best to be covered, right? I recommend this product.

I read the Label looking for specific percentages of daily allowances (vitamin C primarily). While focusing on the percentages, I did notice in large print, "FREE OF: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial Sweeteners,.." What I did not notice in fine print was, "Other Ingredients, Sugar, Glucose Syrup." First two ingredients. Shame on you. I will be filing a complaint with all applicable government agencies.

what can I say about one a day 50 plus multivitamins. I am not sure how you can evaluate any multivitamins. they meet my expectations and I can not think of anything that needs to be done to improve them. as long as the price is right I would buy them again

I thought this product was great. I felt a different kind of bounce in my step after a week of using this product. I think this products packaging makes it stand out from other products and differenciates it from other products by by the brand. My hubby is 58 years old, he has been taking these supplements for about 22 days now, He stated that as far as pills go, they are easy to take, he thinks having an extra layer of protection for immune health can be beneficial, hasn't really noticed any major changes but he will continue to take and possibly buy another bottle of 200.

I buy these quite often for my spouse. He has a hectic work schedule and feels like taking these daily does help keep him healthy. We have gone back and forth with this brand and an off brand and honestly the only difference was the amount paid.
