Wow. These were the first multivitamins I took daily once I became an adult. No more chewable flintstones for me. Always take these with foods to avoid nausea or an upset stomach. I learned the hard way and it wasn’t fun. The extra nutrients like lycopene and selenium are good for someone like me for their added health benefits. These aren’t huge horse sized pills so they’re not difficult to take.

I appreciate this formulation in that it has what appears to be a good boost of B vitamins, something that is shown in National Institute of Health white papers to be essential for excellent health in the 35 + population. An extra helping of minerals like zinc and selenium, along with 100 percent RDA of iodine is likely good for the male 35+ crowd as well, to keep hormones and the thyroid in balance as we age. My only request would be to bring in s little bit of Vitamin K2 to the formula, as K2 in combination with Vitamin D has been shown in some studies to lower calcification of arterial walls, something that would help to lower the risk of cardiovascular issues.

Purchased the big bottle over 50 type. Upon first dose I felt nauseous and stomach didn’t feel well. Have not taken since as to avoid this episode from happening again. Not sure what causes these symptoms but I’ve seen others with the same reviews. The pill is quite large as well and not the easiest to swallow. I will try to find an alternative vitamin that doesn’t cause these symptoms.

Great vitamin supplements , as you get older your body’s starts slowing down , obviously you don’t eat like you use to , One a Day helps a lot with the daily vitamins I need to keep on going , the taste is not that good but then again what did you expect from vitamins ,, overall a great product , they where a better value than any other supplements a tried before , I’m sticking to this brand , so far so good ..

Taking this supplement I felt generally more energetic and less lethargic although I did experience some stomach discomfort, especially when I didn't eat right after. While this may be common with other multivitamins it was difficult to justify the benefits over that discomfort.

I’m in my early forties but started taking this multivitamin a couple months ago and I have to say it is the best I tried so far. Easy to swallow, no digestive issues. It is not overloaded with vitamins, rather just supplements a healthy diet. It does not support brain and eye health though, so I also take omega 3 and lutein. The packaging is stylish and I love that they are not messing around with a safety cap. Can only recommend it!

I received the Men's One A Day, so I have my husband testing these right now. He has been taking them for about 2.5 weeks now. He compared the ones he normally takes ( Kirkland Mature Multi) to these, and found the One A Day has more % Daily Value on quite a few of the vitamins and minerals. He also liked where the One A Day focuses on the 6 Key Vital Functions. I will update when he has completed the bottle of 200, but so far, so good!
