Many men don't eat well and you need a very good vitamin to help with all of the essential vitamins you're missing out on a daily basis. One A Day is a trusted brand in my home and will continue to be for many healthy years to come.

My husband was taking this for a few months but it caused him awful headaches and he decided to try and stop with these to see oif they were the cause. Lo and behold two days after he stopped sith the vitamins so did the headaches. Who knows what ingredient did it but I would not re commend this for delicate systems as you'll just end up with a new bookend .

I’m in my early forties but started taking this multivitamin a couple months ago and I have to say it is the best I tried so far. Easy to swallow, no digestive issues. It is not overloaded with vitamins, rather just supplements a healthy diet. It does not support brain and eye health though, so I also take omega 3 and lutein. The packaging is stylish and I love that they are not messing around with a safety cap. Can only recommend it!

Taking this supplement I felt generally more energetic and less lethargic although I did experience some stomach discomfort, especially when I didn't eat right after. While this may be common with other multivitamins it was difficult to justify the benefits over that discomfort.

Easy to take and an easy way to implement more nutrients into my daily routine. The ingredients and various types of nutrients in each pill are things that I know I need l, but have just not messed with adding to my diet. These daily vitamins make it easy to be healthier.

Honestly i do not really know the benefits that I can get with it externally.. but I am well aware that it has helped to boost my immunity and combat the harsh cold during snow storms. It is one thing that i necer forget to take in the morning and I think everyone whonwants to live with a high immunity should do to.

This multivitamin gives me all the necessary vitamins and minerals that I need to help supplement my diet. I am low in Vitamin D specifically and take this with additional Vitamin D to ensure I keep my numbers up. No side issues taking this pill, so I happy.

I can't review the long term effects but I can tell you that this tablet covers just about everything a man of my age needs, which is why the additional title "Healthy Advantage" is appropriate. In the information provided this medication provides/helps Immune Health, Heart Health, Healthy Blood Pressure, Eye Health, Physical Energy, Healthy Brain Function, Cell Health, and Overall Wellness. That's quite a mouthful. A additional set of facts found in the product description is that, "They have seven cell-protecting antioxidants that encourage and enhance cell growth in order to properly support body development in men over 50." The pill is large (capsule size) and I recommend that you take it with food. For me that worked best because water alone I had heartburn later. The food worked perfectly and no heartburn. As I mentioned before I don't know about the long-term effects but you know, it's best to be covered, right? I recommend this product.

Great vitamin supplements , as you get older your body’s starts slowing down , obviously you don’t eat like you use to , One a Day helps a lot with the daily vitamins I need to keep on going , the taste is not that good but then again what did you expect from vitamins ,, overall a great product , they where a better value than any other supplements a tried before , I’m sticking to this brand , so far so good ..
