Hello, when I turned 50, I wanted to take something that was going to improve my overall health so I purchased that One A Day Men's 50+ (200 Tablets) over a year and half ago. However, I've only been able to take 20 tablets (if that) since, as felt my heart beating uncontrollably or sporadically thus giving me a very uncomfortable feeling as if I was about to have a heart attack even when I had taken them with food. I have stop taking these in fear that it would trigger a serious side affect not noted on the bottle. Not trying to be someone's test subject (Access Denied)!! Thanks.

I buy these quite often for my spouse. He has a hectic work schedule and feels like taking these daily does help keep him healthy. We have gone back and forth with this brand and an off brand and honestly the only difference was the amount paid. He's a brand name type of person so he always goes back to these so we will continue to buy them as they do not have an odd taste/smell or after tatse and they get the job done.

The second morning I took this, I ended up throwing up several times (the first time since I was in college, and I’m in my 50’s now). I realized it was probably because my stomach was empty and I had a light breakfast, so I moved my pill to dinner. After about four more nights, I threw up again. I appreciate this formulation in that it has what appears to be a good boost of B vitamins, something that is shown in National Institute of Health white papers to be essential for excellent health in the 35 + population. An extra helping of minerals like zinc and selenium, along with 100 percent RDA of iodine is likely good for the male 35+ crowd as well, to keep hormones and the thyroid in balance as we age. My only request would be to bring in s little bit of Vitamin K2 to the formula, as K2 in combination with Vitamin D has been shown in some studies to lower calcification of arterial walls, something that would help to lower the risk of cardiovascular issues.
