I am absolutely convinced that we way over-saturated ourselves with vitamins, supplements, and herbal remedies. So - I've never been a fan of taking vitamins. However, my daughter gave me some vitamins for my 56th birthday and I started taking them. I went to my doctor later, and asked him. He said it probably couldn't hurt. So now I take the One a Day Men's Over 50 and figure it will neither break my bank, or hurt me physically. Might even help a little. I don't feel any different or notice any change at all. So I take that, and a Fish Oil Supplement. But that's it. Except for coffee. So - I moderately recommend the One a Day. And I Highly recommend coffee.

I received the Men's One A Day, so I have my husband testing these right now. He has been taking them for about 2.5 weeks now. He compared the ones he normally takes ( Kirkland Mature Multi) to these, and found the One A Day has more % Daily Value on quite a few of the vitamins and minerals. He also liked where the One A Day focuses on the 6 Key Vital Functions. I will update when he has completed the bottle of 200, but so far, so good!
