This product did the same as most multi-vitamins that I have taken. I noticed no change in any way from when I did take the vitamin and when I did not. Would expect an energy boost of some kind or better sleep at night since I was "getting all my vitamins". I would not recommend this product.

He  said the six key vital functions in the vitamin are imperative for men his age.  Healthy energy, heart, immune health, healthy muscle, cell health and healthy blood pressure. he's been taking them for a couple weeks now and he said they're very easy to swallow no stomach upset and knowing that one a day is a trusted brand he feels very good having this is part of his daily diet. he also said he'll continue to add this one a Day vitamin as part daily regimen.

So I will say it works just as good as my vitamins made from whole food. That being said, I prefer my vitamins made from whole food, I believe it to be healthier..

I just started working out again and needed a multi vitamin. I researched a couple different kinds and this one had a lot plus some extra stuff for active men. The size of the pill itself isn't too big, I hate big pills. And it didn't have an aftertaste either which a lot of multivitamins do.

Excellent Formula. I am under 50 just going on 49. I do have health issues like Diabetes. I am so happy taking these. I have a more better overall well being with these. I would recommend. They are economic too, because you don't have to take like 6 different vitamins. It covers all.

I have both my father and my husband taking them every day and they're also pretty easy to swallow, even for someone who has trouble getting most pills down.

I was so glad to see a Men's 50+ as my hubby and son both needed the extra daily boost they say it gives them. I like that they feel better and their doctors approved it daily for both, especially my hubby for the prostate. I did receive this product as an incentive for my honest opinion.

The second morning I took this, I ended up throwing up several times (the first time since I was in college, and I’m in my 50’s now). I realized it was probably because my stomach was empty and I had a light breakfast, so I moved my pill to dinner. After about four more nights, I threw up again. Never taking another of these pills for sure.

He had taken this daily in the morning for approximately two weeks and has not noticed any difference.
