Bought these vitamins for my husband after the doctor said he needed selenium in his daily supplement; however, they are not easy to take even with a meal. Makes his stomach hurt and he becomes nauseous. I purchased the exact same vitamin for myself but for formulated for women, and those did the same to me. They also taste awful like a chemical warehouse no matter how fast you wash it down with water. We will not be purchasing these again. As for the health benefits, didn't notice any difference so unable to comment on that.

I’m in my early forties but started taking this multivitamin a couple months ago and I have to say it is the best I tried so far. Easy to swallow, no digestive issues. It is not overloaded with vitamins, rather just supplements a healthy diet. It does not support brain and eye health though, so I also take omega 3 and lutein. The packaging is stylish and I love that they are not messing around with a safety cap. Can only recommend it!

If you're looking for a multi-vitamin for a man 50+ years of age, I think these vitamins are a solid choice and they don't upset my stomach. They have everything I'm looking for, nothing that I don't want, and the price is almost always a good bargain. I don't have any difficulty swallowing them, although they are on the large side, so I guess that might be an issue for some folks. They don't really have much of a taste, good or bad, so that works for me, too.

One a day for men's vitamin is a great nutritional support supplement with multivitamin and multiminerals. My husband has been taking them for the past 3 weeks and he is starting to feel more energetic. It's a good way to get all your vitamins in 1 pill and you only take it once a day.

I received the Men's One A Day, so I have my husband testing these right now. He has been taking them for about 2.5 weeks now. He compared the ones he normally takes ( Kirkland Mature Multi) to these, and found the One A Day has more % Daily Value on quite a few of the vitamins and minerals. He also liked where the One A Day focuses on the 6 Key Vital Functions. I will update when he has completed the bottle of 200, but so far, so good!

After taking One A Day Men's vitamins for years I switched to the 50+ because I turned 50+ this year. I have been disappointed experiencing nausea for 30-60 minutes immediately after taking this product. I was initially taking it when I woke up a few hours before breakfast. I am not taking it with breakfast and still experience nausea. I researched this online and it seems to be a common side effect. I hate to stop taking them because I bought the 300 count bottle, but its been a few weeks not and I don't like feeling nauseous every day. I think I will switch back to the regular One A Day Men's Multivitamin Tablets.

This multivitamin gives me all the necessary vitamins and minerals that I need to help supplement my diet. I am low in Vitamin D specifically and take this with additional Vitamin D to ensure I keep my numbers up. No side issues taking this pill, so I happy.
