The one a day men's multi vitamin is combined with all the essential vitamins. My husband takes this everyday and states it is easy to swallow and no after taste. The multivitamin gives him the vitamins he doesn't get with meals.

These are reasonabled priced they are easy to swallow kinda a big pill . I don't usually take this brand makes me neasuated when I take these but a lot of people like this brand.
